Just another update. I make it 5 stars intentionally to make it distinct from complaints.
Received another message from them today encouraging me to provide a bank account for a refund, although my money was refunded in 2021. So, it appears that they are still trying to pay people.
My advice is to follow their guidance if you have some significant amount stuck there. There is still a chance to get your money back.

I have been trying since 2013 to get my money back. I had to close my business. My husband had a heart attack and died from the stress !
Update :
Just received a response from “Dimitri”. He claims there was a court hearing 4 years ago which I was not a part of nor got notice of( I have all emails). Further stating they TOOK all my money from my account. WHERE they put it God only knows!! They have stolen over a Hundreds of thousands of dollars!!! I Have No Money!!!

Years that I have blocked funds despite sending ALL possible and imaginable documents!!!
I doubt I'll be able to get them back.

Please advice how to get money. Since they blocked all accounts, I can`t get my money back. Since 2020.

Epayments blocked all transfers from and to epayment accounts without reasons! I can't make bank transfer or use their epayment prepaid mastercard. In other words customers have to pay Epayments mistakes. 😡 I advise not to trust this company otherwise you can find yourself in trouble. 🙅‍♂️

This is a blatant SCAM!!! If they have your money there is zero chance of getting it back. They purposely make everything difficult so you will give up trying to recover your funds. They are just SCUM and I trust Karma will be heaped upon these Scummy individuals!!!!......

scam they say account is ready for refunds but they reject the authentic bankstatement to link the account, they are stealing 4000 dollar

The simply stole my 600€ after they closed my account with no reason I kept waiting for them to refund me since 2020! I still didn't get my 600€ I have evidence in my emails that they received the money then closed my account immediately after! Law enforcement please take action!

I have tried to use their services but later I found out that their services are non-customer oriented services..The service is inefficient and inconvinient…The create troubles to the customer..Unsatisfactory services..You can choose the better ones on the net!!..I had bad/unpleasant experiences with them so far.In the market,you can find better financial institution which will not risk your money.If you don’t want to confront with the problems that they created with their insufficient services; it is recommended that you can search and find better ones on the net!!!..Such insufficient services will cause you to waste your time and energy..Please go for better ones!!!..their services are higly priced too!!

Our business has over $15,000 stuck in ePaynments account for over 2 years. No way to get it back.

Two years after troubles started, 21Feb 2022 they sent an email, pretending that they're back to life and refunds(!!! the held my money for two years!!!) are available. But no, don't trust those lies, i try to transfer my money to a safe bank account away from that scum company and they still cannot process it. Transfer takes 2.5 MONTHS (how is it even possible ?) and still no information. Their support is totally useless, all they do is say "we're sorry, it's being checked", which probably means they don't know anything and they don't care and they just as scummy as they were, nothing changed. NEVER EVER EVER open an account with them!

Absolute SCAM stole 3000$ from me and dont let me get any of my fair earned money back! Hope they die with cancer!

Everyone is talking about the 2 year when they blocked all accounts as they were under some review.

BUT EVEN AFTER.. the funds are just not possible to move. THEY LIE AND MAKE FAKE EXCUSES.

They delinked the bank account and now WILL NOT accept any document showing it is my bank. Monthly statement, not accpetable.. why? we can´t say.

Even got them a letter from the bank issued TO THE EPAYMENTS SYSTEMS LTD stating my name and bank details and they just simply go NOT ACCEPTABLE.

IS A SCAM..

Wondering how peple rate this scam company giving positive retes.

Since they locked my money for few years, now thay told thet they are unabel to pay me back my money because of sanctions against Russia.

I'm not in a list. And all other normal institutions such as HSBC and RBS provide me a good service, fowever this little scammers considering themselvs financial institution find another reason to assign money of their clients.

And one more thing... people who justifies epayments reffering to FCA think why there are only epayments attracted the attention of the authorities.

I just hate them. For more than two years, they hold my money. Finally, they gave me access to funds. I have tried to move it to my bank account. And NOTHING happened. Last time, they told me that all of this was because of the Russian-Ukraine conflict. BUT the main thing is that I'm IN CYPRUS! with a Cyprus bank account and documents. So what the??
SCAM

After almost 2 years they finally unlocked the account. I verify the bank account. I send the transfer to my bank account and after 1 month no amount has arrived.
Absurd, after all this time, in 1 month they still don't process the transfer.
