Great aftersales care

Purchased an Eastpak bag from ePacks back in 2013. It developed a fault last year and they were helpful in getting the matter resolved. I would happily purchase from again as it's always the aftersales care that counts.

Poor communication/responsiveness

Didn't receive a confirmation of order. Have now received but have asked twice for confirmation the order is being shipped. It has been over a week and no response or arrival of my bag. Wouldn't recommend due to level of service.

Super Dakine Gloves

I was a little bit worried about ordering from epacks because the website isn’t as slick as others. You pay by Worldpay which I know is trusted. I have given 4 stars because I didn’t get the confirmation email straight away so I thought it might be dodgy (I should have looked on their Facebook page!). I needn’t have worried, the parcel came by tracked 48 Royal Mail 5 days after being dispatched before the Easter weekend (two bank holidays). It did say Ogden Fulfilment on the tracker which was a bit confusing but I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you epacks!

Excellent service

Really good, replied to my emails same day, got my bag sent out extra quickly as I was going away. it arrived within 48 hours and is a great product. Will definitely shop here again

I wish I could give zero stars.

After requesting the 5% coupon which they advertise on their website and receiving no response, they instead upped the price on the bag that I had told them I would buy. What a horrible bunch.

We have no record of you purchasing from us. You have not fully experienced our service.
We would still like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. When a 5% request is made it automatically emails to you. Sometimes it can end up in your junk mail /clutter box. Extra discount cannot be given on SALE items.

The cheaper bag you may have wanted, must have SOLD OUT.
Other similar core colours normally are higher prices. We do not increase prices during a SALE. Once the bag is sold out, it is taken off the website.

Amazing service

Amazing service, received suitcase the day after I ordered it, it got here quicker than the confirmation emails telling me it was on its way. Lovely suitcase and just what my daughter wanted.

After failing to get my package out…

After failing to get my package out prior to Xmas. (Can forgive that) then promising to have it out before new year (that never happened) it arrives nearly two weeks after being ordered. All this after paying £9.99 for next day Delivery they refused to refund that only the difference between that and standard postage (this unfortunately is why people go to Amazon) had you just apologised and refunded the postage I’d still be a customer however because you haggle over your mistakes not mine I won’t be back

A late Christmas present order had been placed on the 21st December, without paying. Late payment was made on the 23rd December, post had already gone out.

No bags could be shipped out. Till after Christmas. The bag was shipped as promised 29th factoring in 2 bank holidays, on Tracked 24 with Royalmail, to reach next day. Unfortunately RM didn't deliver on time. To be fair the situation had been out of our hands.

Once parcel is gone with RM, it’s out of our hands.
Because the item wasn't delivered, we refunded the difference between standard and express. Item is classified as standard delivery which had taken 5 days. One of our emails we explained we will refund the difference.

Buying Direct from ePacks, we save on Amazon fees, and we pass these saving on to the customer.
