Got a pair of EOZ Arc,
those lose the connection while moving left or right. I'm not talking about jogging, just moving your head. I cant get an answer from service since the 10.08. its now 5 weeks. There is always the automatic answer "we will answer in max. 72 hours." It's now 35 days. I dont know how to get in touch with them, i tryied it via twitter, instagram and E-mail.
I have had three pairs of EOZ Audio earphones, the EOZ One and two pairs of EOZ Air (one for me and one for my girlfriend) and all have had problems. I should have learnt my lesson after the EOZ One charging failed and instead of offering a repair they gave me a small discount on a pair of the Airs! The sound is OK but connectivity poor, ear buds keep unpairing from each other and need hard reset. They are not reliable, regularly one earphone battery would cut way before the other. Both the One and Air have broken and EOZ do not support repairs, they quickly discontinue each model and offer no support. I would not recommend any EOZ product, build quality is poor and customer service terrible, for your money you can purchase way better like the Cambridge Audio Melomania 1 (great sound and excellent battery life) and Jabra Elite series that I just got for exercise. Both sound MUCH better, battery life superior and overall functionality leaves the EOZ way behind. The Jabra Sound+ App offers great customisation. Simply don't waste your money on these, go for a pair from a reputable company!
After owning the earphones for just 9 months they stopped working. The box would charge then completely drain battery within 10 minutes.
Customer service making it extremely difficult to return and trying every trick in the book not to refund or replace a faulty item.
They said it will take 5-6 days shipping... it took 15 days. When i asked the support told me it will arrive on 04.08. It arrived at 07.08. They didnt even answer on my second Email.
Website did not work properly for a while and you have to wait quite long before you get an answer from customer service. I finally ordered them, they arrived quite quick considering shipment from USA to Europe. I loved my EOZ air earbuds but the quality is very poor. After exactly one year the right earbud broke down. I e-mailed customer service. After 2 months no response, sent them a reminder and the only response was that it was out of warranty. Very disappointing for this price.
