This is the worst way to get your white…
This is the worst way to get your white card. Your answers will get rejected because of silly reasons and then you have to wait several days to redo them.
Just go to any other provider and do the white card the same day. Trust me and save your time.
EOT are trash
If your doing your white card go do it in person this EOT is a huge waste of time, zero training or help, obviously the assessor is from another country as they absolutely trash, i been mining 25 years and a supervisor and none of this trash they teach applies and it not correct . stay away they should be banned and cant refund, the assessors are terrible, zero stars they need to be investigated again..
Takes too long to receive RSA
It takes me more than 2 weeks to receive my RSA, way too long. Documents to start the training are provided very fast. After completing it takes a lot of time to mark your assessments, you get no notifications once it is marked and you need to re-do assessments; and after that it needs to go through the LCV which can take up to 10 business days. Also, the customerservice was not service friendly and put me away really fast when I wanted to ask if the process can be speeded up
EOT online training for a white card…
EOT online training for a white card and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the online assessment process. My portal was flagged for allegedly “cheating” during the video assessment, despite the fact that I followed all instructions and did nothing wrong.
This false accusation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the reliability and fairness of your assessment system. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to give this training course a wide berth.
Genuinely the worst online learning…
Genuinely the worst online learning experience. The white card course was excessive. Typically, an online white card course consists of 30 -50 questions. This has over 140. You also need to send them an additional 40 video recordings of you answering questions and in my case alot of my answers were denied making me rerecord the videos 2 ,3, sometimes 4 times. I've been in construction since the dawn of the Health and Safety age. I've been to more health and safety meetings than you can shake a stick at, and there's nothing practical about this online course. Avoid at all cost
Longest Wait Ever....
Being 100% honest this was a genuine painful experience for getting the RSA.
I can see why people call them a "scam" because you're ultimately forced to pay for quicker marking on your assessments but i didn't and held off because i'm not paying extra for people to do their job. I already paid for the course itself. I did get my certificate but never again. If you need it ASAP, do it face to face and in person. The online thing was genuinely a terrible system.
It takes them roughly 3-4 days per section. Which means you can literally be waiting for 2-3 weeks to fully complete something that would take them less than an hour to mark. It gave me so much frustration and my employer was even getting annoyed waiting. Next time i'll look elsewhere.
THIS IS A SCAM!
THIS IS A SCAM!! Please if you are reading this do not use this company under any circumstances for any course.
I’ve lost my money as they won’t assess the questions I’ve resubmitted three times. Now to top it off the website is shut down and can no longer be accessed.
They have been taken to court by the ACCC so this should be enough to warn you to stay away. I didn’t do due diligence and my money is now gone. Yep, no refunds!
Tell every one who is thinking of doing any course to stay away from this company.
They take forever to mark your…
They take forever to mark your submissions and they don't make it clearly visible that you need to record video. so much unnecessary time wasting and back and forth. I will use a different provider next time
Not a good experience
Not a good experience. Over complicated. Go somewhere else
Your time is worth more than the few $ you save with EOT
Your time is worth more than the few $ you save going with EOT.
Even if you get past the technical glitches you will waste a lot of time answering questions for the "assessor" to apply a generic assessment key that constantly requires you to redo audio answers to meet the predefined answers.
Online help is quick but useless with the buisness only interested in getting your money and then not caring if they deliver their offering, making clear that the quality of their offering isn't part of the T&C.
went to replace my white card this mob…
went to replace my white card this mob is a scam
EOT is a scam organistion
EOT is a scam organistion. I was marked as having incorrect answers and told I had to resubmit with hazards I had literally already provided. Their platform has technical problems and when I contacted them they were rude, condescending and gaslit me. I am a qualified S26 supervisor and a Brickie. I already have a white card which was stolen so I have to redo. EOT is the worst training organisation I have ever used.
Worst company i have ever used
Worst company i have ever used. They will waste your time and scam you to up grade to try to get signed off. They should have there RTO removed from them
Dodgy Brothers!
All the detailed reviews on trust pilot for this "RTO" score it at 1 star. The 5 star reviews are 1 line.Shock and horror: Could these 5 star reviews not be real? Paid for? How could such a terrible business have clients who give them 5 stars? SO SUS! No wonder this company has been investigated by the ACCC for misleading practices recently. Wish I knew this before I wasted all this time. 167 questions, 10 to camera role plays (I completed all in 7 hours) and 12 days later still haven’t completed the RSA course. Each time you submit a video response it takes them 3 days to mark it. That is unless you pay extra. Last video I was wrong because I included the phrase “maybe take a break?” They said I had refused the customer so… do it again. Everything else was okay. So I am now waiting for another 3 days to see if they will mark it correct or I need to do it again. I’ll be darned if I’m going to give them any more money.
P.S. Under the National Training Register this RTO 40592 registration ended on 02.01.2025 but notes: "Registration period expired, registration is taken to continue while a renewal application is considered." (So it appears their registration as an RTO is under review by ASQA and has been so for about a year now. Good look.)
Do not use this online scam company
Do not use this company. It is a scam. They will draw out your training with silly remarks about your course answers just to irritate you into paying more money. You can do the white card course in 6 hours at a training organisation, but here it will take more than 3 weeks.
They seem to be after only two specific answers to some questions I found out, which was consolidated when enquiring into other people doing this course. They all say the same thing. This company is just into getting more money out of you whilst wasting your time.
EOT/Dont fall to this scam
If i could give no star, i would. My brother in law got his white card here in (EOT) so i tried it because i need it for work as well. He's got 3 attempts but still passed, they even gave him some hint. By the time i tried it, i've had 3 attempts as well but didn't passed. They check assessments every 2-3days,so ive waited for 2 weeks. I had to pay for priority fee 55aud on top for it to be rushed, right after i paid the priority fee they flagged my account and i couldnt open or retry anymore. I suggest do the face to face legit websites and book. i've spent 110 AUD on this but didnt get anything except my disappointment.
Have a good look around before you…
Have a good look around before you select a training provider. I thought this provider would be good as it is supposed to be WA government endorsed. It’s terrible. There is no compassion from the computer operators, there is no fast way besides email to contact them. I am elderly and don’t have good access to internet, so it’s been a struggle doing the course, let alone the lack of support and compassion from them.
Glitchy and inconsistent
Almost uncontactable support, mixed messages between the website and email confirmations, several unclear video questions, and AI informally marks video responses giving the impression that though your answer is correct - any human assessor would find it correct - because it didn't include a specific word or was under the character count or it just glitched, it's counted as incorrect. It's a huge time waster. Hidden costs for fast tracking your results even thought they advertise as if fast results are included in the original fee you pay.
DONT DO WITH EOT, except if you love losing your time
By where to start .. I wanted to do my RSA / white card on line to do it faster and cheaper. What a mistake. It tooks me exactly 3 weeks to have them both. I should have looked the reviews before.
After you FINALLY finished aaaall the questions (more than 140 each), you will have to do around 20/25 videos( for the white card and around 10 for the rsa) recording yourself with the answers. So it takes already really long time to do it. And when you submit, yes you have to wait at least 3 days ( it’s never less) it can be 4 also. And if you didn’t say the RIGHT word in your answer, even if your sentence means the same than their answer, you are wrong. So you have to submit again , wait again 3/4 days.
They are not here to let you have these tickets easily. Maybe they are paid each time they told you it’s wrong ? Really it’s a real question because when I had to send again, it was incredible how was the little detail while my answer was good.
EOT, can you at least change your way to do ? Can you read what EVERYBODY says ?
What a scam. Biggest mistake done in Australia to do it with EOT.
Nothing express about this course
This course takes much longer and is more expensive than doing a 4 hour course in person, not to mention you have to go out and buy all of the PPE kit to prove you can put on a hi-vis. and wait for your card to be delivered. The amount of recorded videos you have to provide is crazy for such a simple course, AVOID AVOID AVOID. Save your time and money and book for a course in person
