I ordered 2 shirts for my upcoming…
I ordered 2 shirts for my upcoming wedding, 1 was too big so I returned wanting an Exchanged for a smaller size. This was processed quite quick, I had an email 2 days after I returned item and was told they were processing the exchange and it would be shipped that day (1st April) with 48 hour tracked Royal Mail. By the 7th I still haven't received item, so snet an emailed and as of today the 12th April i have had no response.
This is for our best man for my upcoming wedding, please can someone sort this out!!!
