Graham is good at self praise, starts well then you find that he comes late if at all. Seems to have little or no control over his subcontract labour he uses or control over the quality of the work. He collects the money for hes work up front (which should have sent big warning bells and does not use credit card facilities) When you complain about his or his contractors work he gets rude and walks off a job without completing it, paying for damage his workers have done nor refunding for work already paid for.AVOID HIM AND HIS COMPANY

Graham takes the money up front for the work then fails to finish the work. Where plans have been drawn up he feels free to alter them without first consultanting the architect or the client.

The work that he did complete falls well short of a expected standard for a professional builder. This is highly disappointing it shall be my first and last experience with this company.

My advice to you all is to avoid this company and builder at all costs!
