Scammed. Gonna take this all the way. Paid £72 for something that was free.

Do not use this website.

It is unbelievable that the Government allows these third-party intermediary websites to appear above the official GOV.UK and Environment Agency website in search results.

I mistakenly used this company. Within minutes, I emailed them explaining that I had already completed my registration directly with the Environment Agency and instructed them not to proceed. Despite this, they went ahead and submitted a duplicate registration for my company.

We have now contacted both the Environment Agency and our credit card provider, and the transaction is the subject of a formal dispute.

Whatever you do, do not use this company!
I needed a lower tier waste carrier licence and paid £59.99 .
The receipt came through after paying however no license.
I have used all the ways provided to contact them to ask where my license is, none of which work.
The government issues this license for free!
So I have now contacted trading standards, my bank fraud team are involved and have refunded £59.99.

Scam artists! Do not use this company. Bought what I thought was a licence but never heard anything back from them. Never received anything from them. Now have to dispute it through bank which is going to take possibly 3 months. Then to add injury to insult went through official GOV website to find out it’s about £140 cheaper and you get the licence INSTANTLY! AVOID AVOID AVOID

It is now 13 weeks since I requested a full refund for a licence application error. Despite numerous chasing EMails from myself, there has been no reply from them for 10 weeks.
I have asked for it to be raied as a Formal Complaint.
I have also written to the Environment Agency to ask them to investigate their association with Environmental Licences.
Avoid at all costs.

They took my money and refuse to pick calls, no mail replied. They appear real but act fraudulent in nature. Am on them to get my money back. This is sickening. They took double of normal pay with Gov.uk with no reply nothing...no one to speak with....

WHaT A SCAM COMPANY, thought this was the legitimate site, it comes first every time on google search, looks very professional and convincing, charged £328 for an upper tier licence, Sent a receipt straight away and states your certificate of registration will be with you in minutes. Well guess what 6 days later, nothing, do not answer emails, call them and all you get is voice mail, left messages, never answered. Then discovered the official site which only charges €191. Have contacted my card company and will be complain inf to trading standards. DO NOT USE

I accidentally put my information into there website and they are charging 150£ to put in information that you would have to put in anyway on the gov website

These people charged me double the money for a waste carriers license and I have since gone through gov website and requested a refund if this is not received I will be going the legal route

Be very careful, this company are the envionmental services, the upper tear licence is actually £180 from them direct and the lower tier licence is free. I have asked for them to refund me as the environmental agency have already refunded them directly. I am now dealing with my credit card company as this company is failing to answer their phones or emails, shocking that they come on up a government search, making them look official. Shocking customer service with no reply to emails - very cross about this !

Not a good feeling about this one at all. Paid them £328.00 for our Environmental licence - it says on their website that you get your licence within 24 hours, it has now been a week and we have heard nothing, you cannot get through by phone and their chat is non existent. Having now seen other comments on this page I think we have been done too. Visa will operate a drawback but you have to wait 14 days apparently before filing a case against them.

Applied for a waste carrier licence had confirmation payment hda been taken and that is all the contact I have had with them. None of their phone number work or their live chat. Its a scam!!

This is a scam. Phone number takes you to an answerphone message and they never call you back. Posing as the Environmental Agency. Paid and never received certificate which is now out of date.

DO NOT USE. Sponsored search, they come up first even when you google the .gov site and it’s easy to mistake these guys for the dot gov site.

A Lower Tier waste carrier licence is FREE and virtually instant from the government. Around 20 mins after I purchased, I realised and cancelled. But they have ignored my subsequent emails so it’s down to the Credit Act and Trading Standards now.
STEER CLEAR !

Total Scam from total scum. I dont know how these people are still in business and have not been closed down.
I pain £300 for a £154 license which I never received. Their website is a total copy of the government website which you are let to believe it is.
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing, no licence was received after 7 days, no response to emails chasing it, had to go on to the official licence Gov site and purchased one for half the price that came through immediately. Luckily my bank has refunded the payment and are investigating this company. A licence finally came through addressed to wrong person with an invalid number. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Total scam website, paid just under £300 for a top tier licence as was in a rush, even spoke to the guy on the phone. Turns out it's a scam website, no licence sent, money taken. How is this even allowed to happen, the site needs to be taken down!!
