No Delivery and Poor Communication

We engaged Envent to deliver a digital wayfinding signage solution and paid an upfront fee to commence the project. Unfortunately, we have not received any substantive deliverables to date.

Communication has been extremely limited. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, we have been unable to reach Justin, and there have been no clear updates on progress, timelines, or next steps.

At this stage, no functional system, software demonstration, or tangible outcome has been provided. Given the lack of delivery and difficulty in communication, the experience has been disappointing.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a digital wayfinding solution.
