The Entrecôte Sauce · Homemade by Mo is a small family kitchen in Beirut, making the original Café de Paris sauce in a jar since 2018. Café de Paris is the famous herb butter poured over entrecôte in the best Paris bistros. For years you could only taste it in a restaurant. In 2018, Mo made 24 jars for friends and family, posted them on Instagram, and they sold out in ten minutes. Today we still use the same recipe, and every jar is still made by hand, in small batches, by Mo. Our range: The Entrecôte Sauce (the original), The Pepper Sauce, The Cèpes Sauce with porcini mushrooms, The Fish Version, The Vinaigrette Sauce and The Peri Peri Sauce. All are 100% Halal, gluten free and keto friendly, with no preservatives, no additives, no sugar and nothing artificial. Just warm the jar gently and pour it over your steak, chicken or fish: a Paris bistro dinner at home in 10 minutes. In Beirut, we deliver ourselves in about 90 minutes. Across Lebanon, Aramex delivers the next working day. Abroad, we pack every order by hand in insulated packaging and ship by DHL to over 100 countries, with tracking. If a jar arrives broken, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we replace or refund it. If a parcel is lost, we send it again at no cost. Questions?
