Hello Abichka, thanks for bringing this to our attention. During transport the oil may seep into the applicator bulb making the vials look empty, but don't worry the oils still there. I shared a video with you via email on how to easily return the oil into the vial for use.

Top artisanal perfumery
The perfume quality in this house is top notch , blended masterfully , for perfume lovers who are seeking good natural ingredients and at the same time perfumes that are wearable I would recommend to start with Ensar , but at the same time these perfumes are highly concentrated meaning it sits close to skin with good longevity and minimal projection . If anyone is fed up with current perfume mass production industry this is your place , the down side is quantity is limited keeping you always on the urge to buy immediately, but world advise try to sample as this is not for everyone one but personally I loved 90% of what I bought however I did carefully look for reviews of people I trust their opinion before blind buying
And by the way Customer service is amazing and shipping was so quick in 2 days
