This company let the company that…
This company let the company that maintains my sites take full control it. they re wrote the ownership and all. Very very bad company to business with us go daddy. So poor. And all they can say is we you have to contact them. 100 thumbs down . do not us this company
Total Amateurs. Don't deal with them!
Not only do these amateurs charge a 3% fee on advance payments, their support is absolute crap. They typically do not reply to tickets submitted via their website. Phone support is at international dialing rates and they keep you waiting, without ever advising what the wait time is. I advise people not to deal with this company. I will be closing my account with them as soon as possible.
Do not do business with this company - they have no idea what they're doing.
Called asking if we would like to purchase lifetime ownership and redirects from a website whose owners had ceased trading. The girl on the phone couldn't answer any of my questions about the site's traffic and domain authority, giving me irrelevant stats about search frequency on google and saying she didn't understand what the other info I wanted even was, then put me on hold. I was then passed to someone else who told me "oh you scared her, the new ones always get scared"... Not a great impression. The second woman was very rude and condescending. Instead of answering my questions she reeled off a bunch of publically available data on our own site, and some gumph about eNom. While she was speaking I googled the site and checked its DA, PA etc. The numbers were extremely bad. When I told her I wouldn't want a site with such low domain authority directing any traffic towards my site she had the audacity to tell me (the marketing manager for the business she's trying to SELL to) that I didn't know what I was talking about, I was wrong, and that's not how websites work. She said I "should know" better. I guess my years of experience and qualifications count for nothing when you want to flog a dead website. How incredibly rude. She continued to talk over me and belittle me so I hung up. Do not do business with this company.
Dark patterns galore
I bought a domain. They pre-checked addons I didn't want and added renewals for existing domains to my basket, which I then had to remove. Unbelievable.
Stay away from enom
Stay away from enom. They are unreliable now. We renewed a domain but the renewal was pending for 24 hours. We submitted a ticket but no response. Spoke to Live Chat, and were told that "it can take longer to renew a domain now as the process has changed to weed out fraudulent orders and if not then they will escalate it but we recently started using a new processor for orders that's automated to help to weed out fraudulent orders. As it works it learns and the delays will be come fewer and far in between. I will submit the ticket for you, incase the order doesn't process within the 24 hour time period. The team that process the escalations though won't be available till Tuesday because there is a holiday on Monday, and we are in Canada."
So an internet company in the year 2019 expects our website and email to stop work whilst they are on holiday?
1 Star is too many for them
Just the worst, if you live chat contact them with a tech or legal question they pass you to an email address which you'll never get a reply from.
I lost my login once and it took 5 months for them to reset it, I've lost count of how many times I put a ticket in, I had to remind them that the credit card had expired and if they didn't hurry up I'd lose my domain, the $69 dollars must have motivated them because I eventually got a password reset.
when I put tickets in for other enquiries the replies are just as brief and unhelpful as possible.
I'm transferring my domains and will never deal with enom again
Troubles for outgoing domain transfer
Request a domain transfer to namecheap. They facilitate the auth code, but refuse to allow the process to be done manually, based on security issues with no sense.
Although the fee has been paid to the new registrar, they keep the expired domain message while refusing to transfer it. They say it is an automated process that will take place in 5-7 days. Today is the fifth day of the request, and nothing. In 10 years working with registrars, I had never seen anything like this.
Avoid this company like the plaque
Avoid this company like the plaque, worst company.
Now it is 12 days since I submitted support request, and still no reply from support other than the auto reply with a useless ticket number.
I submitted 3 supports in total, and no reply to any of them, my domain is down since 6th April 2019, can not any get replies from them. Had to register a new domain with other registrar and spend lots of time to inform clients of new email addr. The domain was only handling emails, so lucky it was not a website.
Stay well clear of enom.com don't even open their website.
Avoid at all costs. Severe service degradation over past 2 years, scammy business practices, sold pricing tiers that they dishonored. Avoid!!
Was an Enom reseller. Lost about 90% of my customers due to bad Enom practices and scammy business practices. I had paid a substantial sum of money to access a lower tier pricing level, and a couple years later Enom decides they will just rip up those tiers, keep everyone's money and set up entirely new tiers. Furthermore, many of the offered services simply don't function. They continue to advertise a Web Site Builder that has become totally non-functional and resulted in many customer complaints. I've had to manually switch each customer over to another hosting platform. It takes up to 60 days to receive any type of response by email if you get one at all. Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely terrible company
not responding to requests for help
not responding to requests for help; took my money for an SSL certificate but never delivered it. Tried to ask for help via live-chat, first time told to wait 24 hours as 'it would turn up'; which it didn't of course, then live-chat no response.
Getting worse with time
Gone down hill since bought by OpenSRS. Changed pricing structure so even tho signed up and paid for platinum account and as now we don't register enough new domains, back down to silver. Makes them very expensive. Looking to move to another registrar. Would not recommend anymore.
Horrible service since acquired by by…
Horrible service since acquired by by Tucows. I have been a customer for over 15 years and they treat me like s**t. Time to leave.
Enom.com (and Mister.net) totally useless service
Who is writing is a simple private user who renewed the annual service charge for hosting his web site to a reseller of enom.com. Unfortunately they took the money but the domain was not renewed. As a result it is now no longer available. I complained with both the reseller (Mister.net) and Enom.com. A case with both of them was opened and so far 7 emails (in the space of 10 days) have been sent from me to these "gentlemen".
Result: not even a blink. Not even a crap email apologizing or letting me know that somebody looked into this issue.
Stay away from both Mister.net and Enom.com: TOTALLY USELESS!
An unhappy customer from Ireland!
INVOICE
- Very bad invoice service on their website. So basically u will need to create invoices behalf of them to yourself. waste of time for bookkeeping. they give you excel files to download which does not include their company or invoice numbers, just dates of refill to account and fees. thats all.
- Fees are ridiculous for refills.
+ The rest works fine.
Worst customer service ever, avoid this company at all costs
John Lee
You will have to submit an affidavit to verify that you are the owner of this Enom account in order to get this updated
You — what come on
how long will that take???
will that take ???

You can also try and call in and see if a support agent may be able to process an urgent renewal for you
That call was 48 minutes of waiting on an international call, no answer, funny how billing answering instantly.
Avoid doing business with ENom the customer support is none existent, the attitude of most of the staff is one of " why are you contacting us.
AVOID LIKE EBOLA
They literally stole my money without me buying a product/service
Unchanged chat history:
(05:22:59 PM) John Lee: Ive been talking with the senior team and unfortunately, it does not seem like we are able to refund you the fee. They state that the fee was always in the reseller agreement but was not enforced until 2016. I apologize for the inconvenience
(05:25:42 PM) Christian: Huh? I do not know how things works in USA, but in Norway that's the same as stealing.
(05:27:38 PM) Christian: What's your claim on these money? I didn't buy a service/product.
(05:30:49 PM) John Lee: I am being told that in the reseller agreement that you accepted when you originally created this account, this reseller inactivity policy would have been listed there
(05:36:08 PM) Christian: Okay, if you say so. I gues Enom doesn't care much about their reputation. Believe I have used around $6-700 on Enom. And you're saying byebye to a young customer for $36? (long term loss..) With treating people like that, they will start talking s*hit about your firm... Way to do business..?
(05:42:04 PM) John Lee: Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, I have spoken to my senior team and they seem to be adamant on keeping to the current policy
(05:44:24 PM) Christian: Okay. Thanks for your help. You're working for a s*hit firm. 3-4 friends of mine use enom too, i'll make sure they get to know my experience with you and what kind of s*hit firm you are.
(05:45:35 PM) John Lee: Take care Christian, sorry for the inconvenience

For Copyright Owners
If you email a DMCA to enom, they will claim that they hold no responsibility and do not know who you should contact. They will suggest you use whois.
Unfortunately for them, enom aren't quite as clever as they wish they were, because they sent me fifteen emails, which featured their communications with the host they claim to not know and have no association with. Dodgy!
Be warned!
Utterly appalling /non-responsive …
Utterly appalling /non-responsive support. I have had significant issues with their service for 3 months and for that period I have been completely unable to get any response from them despite raising support requests and sending numerous emails. Trying to reach them by phone hasn't been successful either - only managing to speak to an apologetic sales lady who was unable to get me an through to any support resources. I fear my 15 year relationship with this shambles of a company will be coming to an end.
If they don't want me as a customer I'd prefer them to tell me and let me make plans to move my business elsewhere. Instead however they glady invoice me for services, take the money and do not deliver the job they should be doing. I just can't go on like this any more.
Certificate did not work - did not refund
After they provided a security certificate that did not work and said was refundable, they did not refund it.
