I had a problem running Microsoft defender on my computer. Kept telling me I had downloaded ASK/Toolbar and I could not find it and I lost ability to run Defender. Slalom did a fantastic job of fixing it. Thank you very much.

I do not like programs like Reghunter and that type of programs. But, Spyhunter has been helping me for many many years. Also in a professional context.

It was a few years since I had used spyhunter now, but when I got a very angry and impossible popup in Google Chrome, I again gave Spyhunter the prompt to remove it. New browser windows popped up everywhere, but were impossible to remove. I then sintered Spyhunter, after trying many other software for removing it.

Admittedly, 2-3 scans had to be run with the restart of windows between each scan, but in the end the popup problems were gone.

As I said, I have used Spyhunter for several years before because it turns out that it may be the best program to remove popups in browsers. By popups, I mean the browser opens new windows with unwanted URLs. I have also tried most of these types of programs over the years, but Spyhunter has proven to be the best and only solution for this type of popups for me!

Update: They solved my problem.

Very bad service and software
This software makes my file can not save. When I turned it off, everything is okay. I asked them for cancel my bill but no responses. I used to believe in them and now I can't find my solution to say goodbye with them. I feel like be fooled.

Pretty bold statement, I admit. In my experience, the technical department has always responded, usually by return. They are thorough and have always done their best to sort out things. In fact, I only have one problem, for which there is a work-around, but will be fully sorted when the next update comes along.
I only use Spyhunter and the program does a first class job. Its helped out on a couple of occasions which otherwise could have caused a lot of damage.
Although I'm retired, I still do some work at Government level. When I do, the work is encrypted & goes through a VPN set up by them.
When I log on to the VPN, a pop-up from Spyhunter comes up to warn me that my DNS settings will change & offers the option of staying on my home DNS. Obviously, I choose to accept in this instance. The same thing happens when I finish a session & I go back to my original settings.
This setting in the program is one of the most useful parts for me as I feel confident that if anything tried to change my DNS settings without my permission is flagged up.
It's one of the best programs I've bought

I like Spyhunter; they have saved me once before and that is kind of convincing thereafter. My motto is "when you are on a good thing - stick with it"! They are also accessible and you get a human response... at least that is what it looked like... and the person had a name and was not located in India.

Last week my PC -a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 under Windows 10- has been seriously and suddendly infected by several serious malwares, and became totally unusable in no time.

The default Windows Defender software was totally ineffective to detect any problem. So i browsed google and tried a good dozen of antimalware or antivirus applications. And the magic occured: SpyHunter was the only one that could detect everything, and more over at first scan !

I purchased my full licence online so i could remove all infections immediatly, and 5 minutes later SpyHunter5 saved the day: my PC is now totally clean, like new.

As an ex software coder, i don't have gratefull enough to thank the development team and also the so professional, super reactive and adorable support team. Kudos to everyone, you all rock !

What would be my best advice if a PC user encounters any kind of problems ? Simple: don't loose your time to try other products, buy SpyHunter5 immediatly and say farewell to all infections. Kudos to the team, SpyHunter5 is the most impressive threats removal tool i ever tried !

Program is great. Customer service sucks and they don't listen to complaints. I have renewed the program for 2 years automatically and they continue to take the renewal fee but the program states expires. I tried to get a refund, they stated no and stated my subscription expired in 2017, I sent them a receipt showing it was still good until May 2020. Don't waste your time with this company, they don't take there customers seriously and you will only pay and get ripped off.

I had big trouble with my computer: a chromium virus infected it.
The normal scan of spyhunter 5 couldn’t remove it.
I sent emails to the help support and get a answer very quikly ( in 5 minutes).
The advised me very well an took the time to really help me.

A piece of malware was detected by SpyHunter, but the program failed to remove it. I notified EnigmaSoft through their ticketing system. A solution was sent to me, but this did not work either. As a result an appointment was made for an EnigmaSoft engineer to remove it remotely. This was done, but it took a good deal of time and patience on the part of the engineer. A truly excellent service from EnigmaSoft. You can have every confidence in SpyHunter.

Been using SpyHunter for 4 years now and it has only gotten better over the years! It saved me from reinstalling Windows on a couple of occasions. I highly recommend it!

I have been a customer for 2 years now using SpyHunter. Since I installed it, I have not gotten infected. Recently I had an issue updating and their support was super fast and nice. Thank you Enigma support. Highly recommended.

I got infected with a malware called Nation Advantage Search. I tried several other products and they found a lot of stuff but not my issue. I came across SpyHunter doing a search online and downloaded it. They found the issue and fixed my problem. I think the price could be better but as long as they fix my issues, the price seems fair.

I just purchased Spyhunter.... I tried other solutions, including free software.... NOTHING WORKED! Spyhunter was the only program that removed my Google Redirect Virus issue.... My PC came up malware-free and booted up very fast..... SpyHunter did the job!

It's a good program, and I think they are improving pretty fast too. Been using it for about half year as the previous user.. looks like we were caught by the same marketing campaign.
Talking about the product.... Enigma's spy hunter works 100% when it comes to malware scraping and 99% in removing that malware.
However, I got a really smart worm which hid somewhere among bigger programs like photoshop or office suite.
We, together with other ethical hackers, tried to hunt it, we used 5 malware programs, and this one is still there in a system. After week Enigma's SpyHunter can find 3-15 various cookies and other malicious pop ad installs (nothing dangerous though), deletes them, but the seed, that rat, that stinky worm which is 1.4mb size and came to my windows exactly at 12:57 November 4th when I borrowed my lap for my dad like for only one day, that filthy malware is still there - unistallable..
All right all right, I already reinstalled windows a few weeks ago, and the problem was solved, spyhunter shows my laptop is clean af. That's why I thank for this tool - it works very well. I would rank this app together with such premium cybersec programs as NordVPN.
Next time my dad catches another worm - I will install and start using linux. That's a promise!

I've been using it for 5 month to restrain one sneaky malware which I can't delete without reinstalling windows. Since I won't reinstall windows soon I do a regular weekly scan both with Spybot to delete every worm or tracking software that malware downloads. I would love if SpyHunter would permanently delete that small malware, however, I believe it's almost impossible since it has only 3mb of space and hides in the darkest places of my computer. Anyway, great program which also blocks every attempt to launch suspicious programs.

This company is not good!
The support staff are very unreliable and if you end up being unsatisfied and leaving a bad review you could end up getting sued.

I hope you are one of the vice guys that check the Companies before you are buying. I did not this time. After installation on my laptop (Win 10 updated) was so slow, so I figured installation problem. The SpyHunter was removed with some difficulties and the register cleaned. After re-installation the same problems occured. Then I read reports in Trustpilot and decided that there was no point in taking the problem further.

Maybe you remember, that when I bought ONE program (SpyHunter), you sold me two (plus RegHunter) !!
After contacting you and your proposal,to pay me back one, I behaved like a gentleman and accepted to keep both.
Now after 6 months you ask me to renew both programs, by paying again the full price!!!!!
Are you not ashamed for being so greedy, for asking for an update a price like that??
