This company ist just so professional due to my experience with it ❤️ I have 6 Bracelets from this store and the quality is so good !! I even shower and swim with them and the color doesn’t change ..! The costumers service people are so nice and always helpful.. I could just recommend this store to the people who like jewelry with high quality and proper prices 👍🏻

Really bad quality, cheap items but payed 20€ and the breaclets look really horrible and are really big, from one set, I like only one and i could make that one myself for like 50 cents. I regret that i bought it.

I've ordered a few pieces of jewellery in July 2020 and I still didn't receive them. It's February 2021... I contacted them a couple of times, but they either didn't reply or just told me that it reached my country.. Which never happened. It's a scam.

The product u buy it didn't come to uh instead after doing online payment also still it has not reached. And The SITE IS HAVING ERROR WITH NO RESPONDING KINDLY IMPROVED AND MAKE IT BETTER even I want my money refund. If u are a clear cheat thn u won't even contact me there are no mails also must stop selling Prouducts on SUCKING ENGELSIIN COMPANY if m Wrong Contact me soon and I will change my mind 😏

Spent £28 on a bracelet set, not only did they send the wrong item, but the item they did send wasn't even on their website? It's literally a couple of cheap plastic bracelets that probably cost them about £3 maximum. Really cheap and terrible quality. All their old reviews on here seem to be quite good, so I reckon the original Engelsinn owners probably sold their company to a load of scammers.

First buy went everything well and I was impressed by the beauty, but then I went to aliexpress and saw the same bracelets selling there. Conclusion: it is a scam to make fast money they buy for max 2 euros and sell it for 40 and have always discounts for their ambassadors which I suppously am but they still make as huge profit out of it. On my second order they took to long and I opened a dispute o paypal and thanfully I recieved the money back.

Engelsinn seemed to be like such a nice company in where they were offering discounts to those who applied to be an ambassador. I decided to purchase two necklaces, for my friend and I, using the discount code. It has been over six months and I still have not received anything. I keep being told that my items are in the country and I can track them using a certain track and trace code, but when I click on the links, the first link told me that it was impersonating another website and my computers safety settings have blocked me from viewing the link, the second link, which was supposed to allow me to track and trace my order, that is supposedly in my country, tells me that my parcel cannot be found for either of two reasons: my track and trace code and postal code, that I was supplied with, are incorrect or that my shipment has not been received by carrier yet. I attempted emailing again, using ALL THE EMAILS I COULD FIND AND THE ONES I WAS TOLD TO EMAIL, and none of them are delivering telling me there are technical difficulties. I spent a lot of money on my items and am extremely disappointed.

The quality of the jewelry is awful, I bought a rose gold necklace and in just one day became black. I bought the one with the moon and a dark blue “crystal”

I ordered back at the beginning of August and up to now have not received the jewellery ordered, I was sent a tracking number to follow and after checking many times I checked again today 9 September and it says it was delivered on 20th August which is not so!
I am now am going to contact the company again to find out what has happened to my items or how I go about getting a complete full refund for the amount paid!
