This website is insane. The chat bot Emma couldn’t figure out anything I was saying. She asked what my last name was and I messaged just the last name and she was ‘I’m sorry I didn’t get that’.. like that’s my last name that you just asked for. Anyway, I was on there looking for the wonder box and if you just search that one article comes up about it and then doesn’t show you how to get it. It says become a member which I had just done and then just loops you forever back to the same spot where you can’t buy it. The site is horrible and I never write reviews but wow, not sure why they would allow this to be rolled out to actual people.

We understand the metrics, and marketing strategies employed. If anything negative happens to any of our kids consuming what certified safe,we will be suing you all for compromise, stop feeding people what you can’t consume,stop advertising products u know harms people more than it does them good. Be fair and be kind stop recycling harmful products and feeding people what u can’t consume,u will pay for every thing u do and u think no one sees u

This company purchases your data from Amazon and other sites and uses it to market to you. So this means that if you are struggling with infertility and you're buying ovulation or pregnancy tests from Amazon, or you're researching fertility online, they will send you baby formula in a promotional package, and you will have to explain to your excited family members that nope, still infertile. That's painful and a stupid marketing strategy.

Very good milk. It gives good growth to my baby

I purchased 'Enfamil Enspire Gentlease Infant Formula' from Enfamil.com on November 10, 2021. I was told I would receive tracking information in an email within two business days. I emailed customer Service on the fourth business day because I did not receive any tracking information. I received an email stating that the product I ordered will be out of stock for an extended period of time and that my order will need to be cancelled. On November 16, 2021 I called customer service to cancel the order and was told I would receive a cancellation confirmation email. I did not receive the confirmation email so I called back on November 17, 2021. I was told that the order cannot be cancelled because the order has already shipped but that a tracking number cannot be provided because they don't have one!

Enfamil Canada makes you jump through a bunch of hoops to simply get a few coupons in the mail!

I called the customer service to get some coupons for my baby
She answered me in a very rude way and she refused to send me anything .
I know there are coupons because they send them to me through my Email but I can’t print them . You don’t need to be rude , you are not going to pay for these coupons from your check
The company just give it to the customers and iam one of them .

Receive formula never ordered.
Website blocks changes in subscriptions.
If you order from Enfamil, suggest doing it via AMAZON.
Enfamil has lost my trust.

I don’t know why Enfamil brags about being the best baby formula in the world by writing that they are the best on their bottle labels but Enfamil is the worse formula out there. Enfamil made my baby extremely gassy and it also gave her breathing problems to the point where she was crying in pain and Enfamil also has WAY TOO MANY AIR BUBBLES when it’s SIMPLY being mixed with a spoon or shaken well. I prefer the Similac baby formula brand because it never gave my daughter very bad gas and it also never gave my daughter breathing problems and it never created air bubbles when being mixed or shaken well. SIMILAC BABY FORMULA ALL THE WAY!! Enfamil formula is highly NOT RECOMMENDED and is a piece of garbage. I would give Enfamil 0 stars if there was an option for that. DO NOT GET ENFAMIL UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD’S HEALTH

Their customer service was amazing! Tried a formula that my baby didn’t like and called them. They sent me two new cans of another formula to try for free and coupons and my baby loves it! It’s hard buying stuff and not knowing if she’ll take it, so this was a relieving experience
