Been going for a time now
Been going for a time now, I really like the space, there is a huge a list of gear to choose from and the staff are very helpful. A few times I’ve asked for help using a new machine and all the staff know what they’re doing.

Great gym in Winchester!
When I was looking for gyms in Winchester, I looked round Energie and they were really welcoming and showed me around before I signed up! As a gym, the equipment is great, and if there’s something you don’t know how to use, the amazing, friendly staff will show you! Couldn’t recommend it more!

the gym is not bad
the gym is not bad, but changing rooms and showers are closed from 8 pm to 6 am and at the weekend from 3 pm is very strange, nowhere else have I come across such rules. Only one disabled toilet remains open, in which there is a shower, but if someone uses it, the gym is automatically left without a toilet for other users. I've seen replies from staff saying it's for safety reasons but it doesn't seem realistic to me, practically all 24h gyms in Southampton have access to changing rooms and showers. I think it's more about keeping clean and saving on cleaning companies.

Nice gym
Nice gym, friendly and helpful staff. There is plenty equipment and it's easy to find everything. I would say it lacks sanitisers around the gym and some of the bikes are a bit loose when used.

No 24hr Changing facility one disabled toilet
Gym is crammed with students from 15.pm onward so can’t access equipment so started to use early hours as they went 24hrs which was fine untill more people started coming in energyfitness Winchester may offer a 24 HR gym service they do not offer 24HR access to a changing facilities or toilet they offer a disabled toilet which is fine if only have couple of members in but if have more then 5 people or some one use disabled toilet shower leave you no faculties to use and there no open toilets in town centre
Energy fitness response to this is they offer a disabled toilet as there 24hrs changing facilities
There are many gyms like pure gym anytime fitness the gym provide 24hr access to changing facilities and disabled toilets
Had an email response from manger saying the changing rooms are closed between 20.15 am and 6.15 am due to lack of CCTV cameras and Health safety !! That why your left with disabled toilet it is actauly health and safety issue and human rights issue and a equality issue to close toilets between theses times 20.00 and 6.00am
