Joining this Gym was definitely the right choice for me, after not attending a gym since mine shut down in the pandemic being a member there for 16years, I didn't find another gym that I felt comfortable in until this one was recommended to me. Everyone is friendly the atmosphere is lovely I feel really comfortable in this gym, its definitely number one in my book and even though I've only been 4 to 5 times up to now everyone made me feel welcome 🙏 I have to say after all the years in my last gym and thinking I'd never find another as good, this one is even better than my last one. This gym was recommended to me and I'm so glad I went now I'm looking forward to my workouts. Its not just about working out to me being in a good friendly environment makes all the difference. So thankyou you everyone there for making me feel very welcome. I'd give this gym a 100 stars but it only went up to 5, by far the best gym

So much equipment and the classes are top tier. Great instructors, lots of fun.

Great gym, some.of the equipment is a little dated but the staff are all really helpful and friendly, e-mail check ins when motivation is a low is a nice touch, helps make me feel like a valued customer rather than just another member to pump cash from

Such an amazing friendly gym! I used to get anxiety about going the gym on my own, did a few pt sessions and now it's part of my lifestyle! The team there are great xx

All the staff are very friendly and happy to give advice if needed. I personally prefer the group classes - great atmosphere & very enjoyable.

Joined a month ago and I'm loving it here. Such a friendly, comfortable environment. Amazing equipment and classes. All the staff have made me feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

A really relaxed gym where ur made welcome it has everything I need and unlike other gyms is full of people who go to do a workout and are not just there to take a selfie sat near a weight machine for likes id recommend it to everyone nervous or not about going to a gym as it’s staff and members are friendly and the equipment has little posters showing how to use it instead of havin to ask which I found good as I’m new to a gym

I just love this place the staff are so nice and encouraging nothing is too much trouble. If you want to get fit meet new friends then come and join us you’ll love it.

I've been a member for 2 weeks and enjoying it very much. Plenty of gym equipment to choose from and the classes I have attended have been excellent. The facilities are modern and the place is immaculate. All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful.

I was advised to join a gym by another source in order to strengthen my leg/s following on from a knee replacement surgery which was not functioning properly in terms of flexibility.
I had an initial conversation about advice etc with your excellent people and on my first run through I carried out a programme prepared by your trainer Jordan and I have followed his advice on my visits to date.
Without doubt this regime is most helpful to achieve my goal which is to get back onto my road bike and turn them pedals again!
Your organisation is excellent, your staff are most helpful,knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
The atmosphere in the facility is superb.
I’m so happy that I am a member.

I chose this gym as it is convnient for my home & has several day-time spin classes.

It is quite small & friendly & the personal instructor who takes the classes is energetic, cheerful & helpful.

So, I am very pleased with my choice.

Great gym! It has all the equipment and classes you need. The staff are fantastic as well. They know there stuff and are extremely friendly and helpful.
