Alice Cleary-Baxter is my AMAZING Coach at Energie Scunthorpe x I attend 6 of Alice’s evening sessions a week, she gives unlimited dedication, inspiration & drive, and has the most incredibly contagious energy x I can’t thank Alice enough for my two stone weight loss and improved physique x I cannot imagine life without Alice in it! She’s truly my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ shining star xx thank you

Well what can I say without being disrespectful been going to this gym since it opened around 2015/2016 longer than most the staff have worked there , I always used the gym bags and realy only paid monthly to use studio B with gym bags in to gain extra fitness for my amature boxing, this place use to be my 2nd home 5/6 days a week. I had a while away from gym /boxing came back early this year had no problems gaining access to studio b up until only a few short months ago when they started doing bike classes now I get they have all sorts of things going on for different ppl and that's good but I feel they are more interested In Ppl paying that 3 quid more a month than than the ppl just paying the £22.99pcm , Im old school cba with apps just wanted to go and gain some fitness but what's the point in paying to use facilities that I'm not getting to use ? I was told bike classes are on Mon and Thurs 6-7pm by Steve came In on Tues just gone 10/10/23 at 6.40pm and there was a bike class going on with only 4 ppl in the class, 6-7 pm has always been my gym time for as long as I can remember as most days I finish work at 5 and travel some distance to get home , i feel gym is there to work round you not the other way around I've changed my gym times to suit that bloody class yet they keep putting more on not giving a damn about other ppl and at the end of the day we all have to work they have a huge room down stairs more than big enough for all thier fitness activities its just laziness .

they have started leaving the bikes out all week round because no-one there can be arsed to put away also the cleanliness of the place including toilets have gone right down hill due to most of the young staff only working there for free gym(equipment use) . I've come to gym at 8am this morning 14/10/23 to gain Access b4 the cycle class in studio B and they have left thick soft flooring half done its more than a few inches thick and it's a massive health and safety concern for tripping over right under the bags i took a video just because it was that ridiculous, Saturday and sunday is the days most used by myself and most ppl so it's again useless to use I've now put a stop to my direct debit and will now by joining a gym elsewhere but asked the lad for the correct procedure he gave me a useless email address that didn't work clicked online to cancel and its still refusing telling you to get in contact with the gym lol.. the place is now more interested in money then being there to make ur gym life easier got young kids as young as 13/14 messing about which is a heaven for weirdos sat watching them sad to see the place so dull nowadays as its always been the best gym around .

Very helpful/welcoming staff

Great gym, the staff are friendly and helpful. Steve has been amazing and helped me get started on the machines. I was worried about joining a gym but I would definitely recommend this one.

On my fist day there was feeling very welcomed.Thats why I have joined them. Great, enthusiastic and helpful staff. I do love classes which they offer, everyone can find something for themselves.

The staff are so friendly all of them make you feel so welcome thankyou and the gym equipment, atmosphere and music is awesome. I also love having access to coffee machine we go alot and really enjoy best gym I have been too.

I find the staff really helpful and friendly the App to book classes really easy to use so glad I joined really enjoying the experience

Great atmosphere

Went and could not do a full induction as there was teenagers sat on the machines. The gym was full of teenagers some who was messing about others who was sat doing nothing was shocking the staff did nothing just sat in the office on the phones. Staff did not ask people who was sat on the machines doing nothing to move for others to use.

I love the classes. I'm made to feel welcome.
