Im there over a year, its a good gym and staff are friendly. Pretty busy on Monday evenings, but all gyms are.

Needs a proper lat pull down machine, but has everything else you need.

The gym has too much people for the space existence. There aren’t enough lockers neither machines when gym is crowded.
The gym is too hot in the summer, it should have AC.
I would love to have Pilates classes in the evening as other énergie gyms have.

I am only a member just over a week and I have to say it's been great so far. The staff are all so helpful and always on hand if you need them. There are loads of classes for every individual which is great.

Have been a member since day one. The gym offers a great range of classes. Shout out the the lads and Kamile their classes are great and extremely friendly and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful place to work out , staff is so helpful and friendly.

It is an ok Gym but for personal reasons we needed to cancel the membership the staff rang us and offered to freeze it maybe the circumstances will change, they also said that before the membership restarts they will be in contact, nobody rang us. Yesterday the money was deducted from our bank account so I asked them to just take my 30 days notice and cancel our membership, they asked us to pay another 40 euros each( we aready paid yesterday 40 euros each) when I asked them why they just said its the cancellation rules. Its mad their cancelation rules has to be changed ! !!!!

One star for this establishment is giving them grace, I have been in and out over the past few months and I have heard some very unpleasant comments from one of your employees she has given not only employees but customers greef for no apparent reason, this atmosphere is very discouraging to anyone who is struggling or starting out on there gym journey I’m not sure of her name although she has long blonde hair, the gym to me should be a safe escape from life but with what I have over heard has been shocking shouting at other employees and calling them foul names is beyond disgusting. I’d advise anyone wanting to start the gym to stay clear of this establishment as it has ruined my self confidence !!!

I am a lover of all your classes especially the one done by the dark haired girl. What I do not like is the bloned hair girl shouting at the dark haired girl very aggressively in front of all the gym users but she should not be doing it full stop, so I decided it was not the place for me. In this day and age nobody should be treated like that. Apologies as I do not know the girls names. I roughly gave a date

The gym is beautiful, and the staff are great. All of this makes me feel comfortable 😊.

It's so user friendly.

I’m just after finishing the upper body blast class , such a great workout 🏋️‍♀️ between barbell and kettlebell and dumbbells I came home knowing that I’m after doing a great workout , thanks to the fabulous kamile our trainer she is amazing and very encouraging. I’m so happy that I have joined this gym putting myself and my health on the right track .

Been part of a few gyms in my time and I can say without a doubt best gym I have been apart of!!

Quality of staff, members and classes are top - when you walk through the doors you are made to feel part of a community.

Great equipment and great selection of exercise classes!
Most importantly all the gym instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable!

I found the sign up process very straightforward and the staff friendly and supportive. There is a very varied range of high spec gym equipment available and the layout is well thought out. The atmosphere is welcoming. 😊

I have been a member of energie mullingar for a couple of years now . The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy the group classes and find all the members friendly and there is a great team spirit among members. I enjoy the mix of classes and always find something to book through the app. The opening hours are good and suit most people and the membership prices are good . The gym is easy to reach and has loads of free parking .

I have never been in a gym before and was worried about not having a clue. Staff are friendly and helpful. Did five morning classes with Jordan this week and he is so nice 😊

When I study in this room, there is a mood, and the desire to come there again becomes more 😊

Awesome, good quality staff that knows their stuff.

I will be two years at this gym in April. The atmosphere is fantastic, so encouraging and helpful. My body has been transformed, I have lost two and a half stone and lifting weights heavier than my body weight. The trainers are helpful with beginners and push the more advanced to prove you can do more than you think. The personal training has been exceptionally helpful, making me confident on machines and that my form and posture are correct along with lifting heavier.
The people who go to this gym are fabulous, encouraging and a delight to meet. We all have a laugh and lift each other up.
If you really want to invest in yourself, this is the gym to do it in.
