Fantastic gym , great equipment, very relaxed vibe , extremely clean and the showers are top notch . Love it

I joined the gym after years, months of stressing about not knowing what I was doing. I hadn’t trained for nearly 8 years since having my daughter. Louise made me feel right at home made me want to keep going back and just thoroughly loving the gym life again. She has made my whole experience so much easier and settled me straight back in. Shes just great absolute professional xx

I love how they’ve mixed the classes up abit, doing different things more enjoyable also!
not only that now it’s winter it’s a lot colder and darker in the mornings. So I love how the classes have changed to a little bit later in the morning due to the time of year, a lot more people joining the classes too so it’s nice to work with more people.
although I did enjoy the original classes the change isn’t forever, it’s nice how they change to adapt to the seasons.
Louise and matthew are amazing!

Recently joined and was really impressed. Now they've taken away the morning boxing classes and most of the early morning classes. As one of several people who uses this gym before work, later classes are no good to me.

This gym has a spectacular member called Louise i’ve been really struggling with some life flips and unfortunately meant i was unable to keep my membership at this gym she was more than understanding and really reflected great womanhood she is a great asset to this team and i will never forget how she’s helped support me

Just finished PT with Louise at Energie Lichfield. Enjoyed it from start to finish. Louise has given me the confidence to progress from absolute beginner to training all muscle groups over the last month. Lost inches and gained so much knowledge. Louise has been inspirational and at no point did I feel intimidated - even in the beginning! The gym is well equipped, always clean and a great environment. Will continue my 3 or 4 visits a week with enthusiasm and intend to have further PT with Louise to stay on track and progress. Highly recommend both the gym and Louise.

Nothing but good things to say about this gym, pre sighed up was the best thing i ever did, i didn’t have a clue what i was doing or needed to do,to achieve my goals I’ve lost just over four stone and am so much fitter thanks to the really lovely helpful staff especially louise who always take her time to help me. the classes are brilliant to The gym is kept spotlessly clean there’s also showers hairdryer and straighteners, which is handy if you need to go to work after all in all the best gym i’ve ever been to.

After recently joining Lichfield branch, I found the equipment good but rather limited compared to others but adequate for me needs. However one thing I found strange was the amount of staff that have left during a very short period and I also noticed the owner shouting at staff in an unprofessional manner. Work place bullying is not acceptable anywhere. I have now cancelled my membership.

Was really good up until management got way too big for their boots. Making out they can just treat their PT’s, Staff & Members like a monetary object.
“I can just get a new PT members if need be”
Is what management stated.
When I went without my PT I was spoken to like rubbish as if I shouldn’t be there.
Got a parking fine from the private car park, stated I had added my number plate to the system inside the gym and nothing was done. So I had a £100 parking fine not once. But twice.

I have been a member at Lichfield Golf and Country Club since they opened but being a corporate, they have steadily increase fees now to £1k pa. this was the last straw so `I looked at all of the local competitors and settled on Energie.
Everyone is friendly and there is all of the new equipment to maintain my fitness. After a few weeks, I am happy that I made the right decision.
It is handy, easily accessible and I save £53 per month!

Great gym with great equipment. Personal Trainer Louise is amazing. Really pushes me and helps me do my best!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this gym! From the moment I joined, I felt like part of a committed community. The classes are challenging yet inclusive, catering to all abilities. And working with Louise during my personal training sessions has been incredible. She's not only a fantastic trainer but also makes herself available anytime I need guidance. Highly recommend!

Extremely helpful staff ,friendly and ready to help whenever you need.
