Bit of a social bunny so was looking for a gym that has numerous classes, and i found it here at Letchworth, classes were brilliant and the staff really sets the vibe, would thoroughly recommend this gym, I am making getting fit fun until the results kick in then ego takes over

Good experience, great kit, convenient site, well worth the visit.

I cancelled my son's membership as he no longer wanted to attend. He was told it was cancelled, but hadn't read the contract paragraph.9.6 need to give a month notice and last payment .on friday 17thJanuary payment taken out of account ,The same day he gets an email from debit collecting agency for non payment after making payment to debt
company he sees a message on their instagram saying if youve heard from helix contact which he did to be told we will remove you from debit list and its just bad timing

Awful customer service, my partner gave notice to cancel his membership they still took money out of his account, cancelled the direct debit and they still took unauthorised payments months after cancelling the contract, then received debt collectors trying to get money that was not owed. Extremely stressful and unprofessional. Recommend-Avoid at all costs

I love it there, great atmosphere, helpful and they don’t judge on size and weight!! I don’t feel out of place here. To be honest I have made a few friends here which is good too and they relate to how your feeling x love it I definitely would recommend to anyone

Love this club.
The classes are exciting and different daily and are designed for all abilities. All the staff are enthusiastic and push you to be your best and always available for advice when needed. I go to work feeling energised after the early sessions and love the small community feel.

It is a very nice place i enjoy being there,but the sir condition is a bit poor.

Great Gym, all new and fresh, nice staff and awesome classes, all at a fantastic price. Would recommend

Decent equipment, plenty of space to workout, kept clean, and always staffed. What can I say? For a commercial gym, it's great! 👍🏼

Had my first PT session with Alex today it was really good. Alex was patient and motivating. When I started to flag she was there pushing me to keep going. Alex has given my goals to work towards and I look forward to my next session.Thankyou Alex

Tom and Dom have been brilliant in our 1 month personal training sessions. We are 3 x 60 year olds looking to tone up and they have pitched every session right for our age group. Really recommend them both

Great facilities, small but well equipped and had everything you could need

Nice place quite good enough . I really like the gym.

Great experience so far, even during peak times I was able to work around equipment still available to get good results.

Just a nice gym with all the right equipment and positive staff.

Uncomfortable leg machines. Range of plates is not enough for a busy gym. More plates and racks for plates needed. The lat pull down machine isn’t very comfortable, causes and uneven balance on ur lats.

I joined 3 weeks ago the gym is friendly, clean, it has shower facilities which are spotless all round excellent value

Amazing facilities, really friendly staff and fantastic community.

Great staff and facilities, the only issue is the the gym code for replacing the plates on the correct stations. You can spend way too long looking for your desired plate as they are often mixed up and all over the place. Also some of the free weight machines are left loaded up by the previous user so you have to unload before you can start using the machine. Admittedly small issues for me but other gym users may struggle unloading plates before doing their sets .
