Kilburn -I am a member. The gym itself has a lovely vibe,your are made to feel welcomed. The staff are very professional and friendly. Especially Dawn, she is always willing to help and at times when ive needed it and corrected my posture on the machines. She is always there like the rest of the team to answer any queries I may have. I've been to a few gyms in the área and this by far is the best. The only negative thing for me is the dark walls as there are no windows it would be nice that the walls were a bit brighter. Apart from that I highly recommend .

ABSOLUTELY AVOID – UNTRUSTWORTHY AND UNPROFESSIONAL

DESPITE CALLING AND CLEARLY CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP, ENERGIE FITNESS KILBURN FAILED TO PROCESS THE CANCELLATION AND CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME FOR TWO ADDITIONAL MONTHS.

MY CANCELLATION REQUEST WAS CLEAR AND DIRECT. HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT ACTION IT AND TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION OR NOTICE. THIS IS A CLEAR ABUSE OF TRUST.

THIS PLACE SHOWS ZERO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AND HAS NO SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM OR TRANSPARENCY.

THIS IS NOT A GYM – IT IS A BUSINESS MODEL THAT KEEPS CHARGING YOU UNLESS YOU CONSTANTLY CHASE THEM.!!!

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM ENERGIE FITNESS KILBURN.!!!

I went to Kilburn Fitness for 2 years, 5 days a week. when it came to me moving from the area I had to cancel my membership which I felt bad, I had gotten to know some of the staff there and it felt like my stable 3rd space. I had wanted to cancel in person but was un able to find the time and had to do this by phone/online instead which made me feel bad as it was in personal.
A year later I'm contacted by a debt collector on my first weekend off that year (in september) to inform me that energie fitness was looking for payment. In my year since I cancelled my membership I've had no message to indicated that the membership has not been cancelled.
I've tried to call 5 times to talk to a manager about the mistake that must have been made. Being told I should call when a manager would be in and given a time to do so but each time I called be given a different time and date
I no longer feel sad for having left Energie Fitness and this unresolved situation has made me regret ever going and soured the time I had there.

The atmosphere was excellent. The equipment was ideal for me. I will be back

What a fantastic clean vibrant gym, its the marvelous staff like Kelly who brightens up the whole atmosphere, nothing is too much trouble for her she has that special connection with members and her personal training skills are exceptional I have been a member for 12 years

The gym is very nice and clean, big thanks to Eva she was really nice and gave me a gym tour also a free trail pt session which is amazing

Extremely well-equipped gym, immaculately clean, professional, helpful and friendly staff, diverse and respectful clientele, longer than typical opening hours, unbelievably good value. Energie has the best gym culture I have experienced.

My experiences that I have, good hospitality, the classes for new people ,the offer when joining the club and also the cleanseness of the place ,I really appreciated what they are doing at energie fitnes in Kilburn.

Good environment

The gym is nice but mostly full which makes it hard to workout particularly In legs day. Some machines are not there like machines for biceps and triceps.

It's very nice place , providing all necessary equipment and machinery for full training! Nice environment and friendly staff! Thanks for one of the girls, working there,she helps me a lot!
