Great but tough class with Andy this morning at Metcon. Enjoying the classes at EFRH and am happy to see more early morning classes other than spin have been put on the timetable 😀

Great gym
I joined few months ago with a PT membership and I must say that Sydney definitely knows how to push you hard with original workouts and professional advice!!

Great gym. Friendly environment - new to the gym. Don’t know much about what to do etc and everyone was very happy to help.
Loved the classes - Spin (even at 7) was great fun!
Charlotte M is a great PT and class instructor. Absolutely class. Get booked in.

Brilliant Gym
Staff are really friendly and will help you out. Gym has plenty of equipment to suit your needs and the membership costs are very good. Its an all round decent Gym.

Energie fitness is a great gym
Energie fitness is a great gym. The boxing classes are exceptional and diverse and each session will push your fitness to greater levels The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would say the gym is more like a family as you meet lots of nice people and share experiences and motivate one another to do better as well as the good fun banter during each class. I've been a member for nearly 2 years and I am in great shape for a 48yr old losing body fat, gaining muscle and definition and my endurance, stamina and fitness levels are through the roof. I'm in far better shape than when I was 21. The PTs have also helped massively and all the instructors are exceptional with their own talents and different abilities. If you want to achieve your fitness goals, look no further than Energie Fitness Ricky Hatton. The membership is also incredible value for money!

This place is like my second home
This place is like my second home! Has the best atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming to all! The staff here are amazing especially Andy. Always greets with a warm welcoming smile and acknowledgement. Would definitely recommend any one weather newcomer or coming from another gym to join here!

Pushing me to my limits and beyond…
PT sessions with Niall are always good and enjoyable
I have been working with Niall for a few years now, he fits our sessions in around my crazy work times as much as he can , after going through a very traumatic time in life he is very understanding and patient with me
The whole gym have been amazing in supporting me with my personal situation and continue to show support and help me in anyway they can

Friendly local gym that isn't showy.
This is a great friendly gym that is big enough to have a good choice of equipment and classes, but small enough to get to know instructors and other members. I have a top PT in Charlotte, and Evie does a brilliant spin class. Highly recommend this place.
