I am enjoying the gym, it’s clean and tidy with a good range of machines and equipment. The staff are very helpful.

Great gym, really friendly staff and outside of peak time (5-7pm it’s never too busy.
Had a month of weekly PT sessions by Michael and I feel set to reach my goals!

A new machine is broken every week and it takes them weeks to fix them. They don’t provide pads for hip thrusts - only for glute drive machine if you ask which is very dangerous. The staff has a lot of attitude and handle concerns with immaturity. The membership doesn’t cover classes but everyone is forced to listen to generic techno blasting at full volume every time a class takes place. If this wasn’t the only gym close by to my home I wouldn’t go.

I have truly FIT-JOYED my time at Homerton ènergie, in Hackney, since opening in 2019.
It is such a well maintained, albeit small, nicely equipped friendly cozy environment.

Homerton Gym is not safe for women - When working out late at night, men made misogynistic comments and staff did not challenge them. Then it was distressing and uncomfortable having to use a MIXED and OPEN changing room with these same men.

I also felt unsafe leaving the gym late at night with these customers leaving at the same time.

The cancellation process is confusing and unclear.

This is an affordable gym that has all the equipment I need. It is never too busy and that means I can get to use the equipment without waiting. Having been a member of a top gym (and very expensive) I can honestly say that énergie does exactly the same for a fraction of the cost. Great value.

Nice gym clean and often quiet. Staff all very friendly. Good selection of equipment could do with a couple more resistance machines. But overall very happy at this gym.

Only downsides it gets very hot the air con is only sometimes on and sometimes has a gym smell because of this.

Good gym with all the machines you need plus a cool little “yard area”.

Almost everything is fine and cleanliness is too good. the only 2 things that I have noticed are the space is but less (gym area) plus the versatility of equipment is not that much.

Really this gym is top notch. Good range of equipment, VERY clean, with adequate sanitising stations - hand sanitiser dispensers are always full! Individual powerful showers with their own changing spaces (water hot), hairdryers and hair straighteners. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. My only negative comment would be that you cannot get live TV on all the screens on the cardio equipment (-but then many gyms do not have screens at all!) and it can be a bit wiffy after an intense workout class.
