Energie is a really amazing gym in the heart of Hampton Hill with super helpful staff. The quality of classes is fantastic and the energy the coaches bring to each one really makes it that step ahead of other gyms I have been to.

Great sense of community
This is more than a gym, it a really lovely supportive community. I’ve joined many gyms in the past, but never stayed at one longer than a year because I found them a bit impersonal and where the staff were unapproachable. Energie could not be more different though. Zoe and the team have created a really welcoming environment and really make an effort to get to know the members. The welcome then filters down so the members are friendlier to each other than what you see at all of the bigger , more expensive gyms. I love the classes, they attract a real mix of people of different ages and body shapes so they feel truly inclusive….not that that means it’s easier, it’s just that the instructors get to know what you’re capable of and give you a friendly nudge to achieve your goals. I have seen some negative comments on here about not being able to book on a class. If it’s full, join the waitlist and 9 times out of 10 you will get a space. I’m one of those people that never remembers to book on time, but I almost always get a space on the classes I want.

Been with énergie since they opened a few years ago and they never let me down! Always welcomed with a smile and chat, even on Easter Sunday. Not too busy and good kit too

A Local Friendly GYM
This is a local GYM with the most necessary exercise equipments which everyone needs to make their lives more active.
The number of its machines are enough to accommodate all members and its trainers are always ready to help and train you.
Its shower cubics and changing room is always clean and convenient. There are plenty of lockers there too.

Finally discent gym
I was straggling to find gym suitable for me
After my last place where I was extremely happy doing practical training/ cross fit I couldn't find place where I would be happy doing what I used to for reusable fee .
Energie in Hampton friendly and professional place for . Great place for all abilities.
Coaches extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Relaxed and comfortable gym .
Shower room clean and tidy
Can't be more happier.
Highly recommend for everyone.
Also important you can chose option rolling contract, cancel any time with months notice .

Help with barbell
I got help from the PT’s with squatting & lunging, now my neck pain is gone & I’m really enjoying my workout again. I also have a great workout routine because a PT helped me create one.

Really Great Gym
Really nice staff, great and clean equipment and facilities. Good range of equipment for me personally, though it depends on what equipment you need. Reasonable price for what you get. Only downside for me is that there never seems to be any boxing gloves, but overall really nice gym, would definitely recommend.

I've tried so many different gyms, even other énergie Fitness gyms in London, and none of them come close to the Hampton Hill one. They have all the essential equipment in a very practical layout and the staff are very friendly. Great vibes!
