Very welcoming gym with friendly staff and great facilities

i was very dubious about coming as not been to a gym in over 20 years. My first trip was with my daughter and although I went with her in my second I was happy for her to go her own way. I love the flexibility, I have been in early morning afternoon and night. The environment is inviting and a comfortable atmosphere once there with lots of equipment. I am enjoying my journey with énergie fitness so far

Been a loyal member of this gym for more than a year and a half and have hit hard times and cancelled my membership in person last month I have now had a email wanting £43 from me 2 days after my direct debit was cancelled. The owners are only interested in money and definitely not the cleanliness of the gym which is poor at best I have never seen anyone clean a shower or a machine the whole time I have been a member.
I can say that the staff that work on the floor are great and can’t complain they have been amazing and friendly.
I am disappointed in the franchise owners and I think they should think of what’s happening at the moment with the cost of living crisis.
I have never missed a payment my whole membership and to get that shows everything I need to know and I won’t be back!
Beware of this if joining this gym money is the only drive behind the franchise nothing else!

Made to feel really welcome. Shown round all the gym and the studios and everything explained so well. Great juice bar. Personal trainers make you feel great and really helpful and very friendly and approachable at any time

Fantastic Gym, with really friendly and helpful staff. It’s a well stocked gym and the clientele is so diverse, I’m extremely pleased I signed up.

The staff are excellent, especially Connor, very knowledgable, but friendly too and put you at ease, very impressed and would highly recommend.

Chris welcomed me to energie in such a calm and considerate way after I told him on Monday last week I tried to go to the gym at Clydebank with my bf, and left after 3 minutes, crying in my car at how overwhelmed and awkward I felt. It was really distressing. I didn't think I was going to manage to complete or even start the program I was on.
After explaining this to Chris having pushed myself to just try again and try energie on the Wednesday, Chris was so open and understanding. I've told so many people about how positive an experience I had, and how by Chris simply taking a deep breathe with me and asking "ok, are you ready?" Before taking me through the gate just gave me that wee moment to inhale and go ok, let's do this! It really meant so much!
Chris showed me round the gym and especially areas that I could work out quietly if I needed to myself, like the studio of there are no classes on, and the yard area.
He checked in with me a couple of times throughout my first session and made me feel safe and like I belonged there with everyone else. Since then, I've been twice, and felt so comfortable and confident to walk around and do my thing and I really do feel this was down to Chris's caring, soft approach!
I am so grateful that he walked with me and just helped me get over that first hurdle!

Great equipment and welcoming staff. A cold shower would be great for the sauna and steam room.

Best decision I’ve made in a long time & love that it’s open 24 hour’s as it helps me fit it into my day no matter what 😊

Connor McPhail was very professional and took time to discuss and agree my personal plan for the next few weeks. Very encouraging.

The staff are always extremely helpful, the place is always clean and tidy and the equipment/facilities are great! Couldn't ask much more from a gym!

Great gym but the music is too much . If I wanted to listen to UK drill I'd hang around with my son . Also tried going to gym around half 9 last night and changing room steam and suna were shut I thought I was closed at 10 . Also music so loud couldn't listen to my own pod cast . Would be good if they had quiet time or turned it down slightly. I worked in the music industry and it just gives me a sore head / ears now . Apart from that it's a good gym , clean and it has everything I need . Lovely staff that are always helpful and the places it kept to a high standard . Bathrooms are spotless . Showers aren't to warm or powerful.

Chris is great at taking the Spin Bootcamp class. Still sore. Weds 45 mins class is great too combined with the 15 min core after. Really feel I've had a proper good workout.

Only joined on Tuesday and so happy that I did. Done my very every 1st class on thursday,connor got me through it. Very friendly staff, so helpful. Love the fact can use steam room and sauna

Easy sign up, staff are helpful and good range of equipment. Glad to see it's now open 24/7.

Staff are engaging, friendly, knowledgable and supportive.
Good atmosphere in the gym.
Steam room is delightful.
Classes are organised, start on time and are varied. Trainers encourage you to push yourself safely.
