Excellent gym and very friendly and helpful staff

Have had great experience with my PT on staff at Energie. My trainer was always going above and beyond to tailor exercises to me, so I could work out even when I got injured.

Really happy with my personal experience, would for sure recommend, have actually done so before.

Can’t praise Energie Fitness enough. My PT of many years, Paul Starrs, is now the General Manager there, and he not only the best trainer I’ve ever had in my life, but I’ve also seen him teach fitness classes, and manage people, and he is extraordinary. He is also 100% dedicated to his work at Energie. His staff and fellow trainers are the same.

The team there is always working to develop new, accessible, and exciting fitness options for people of all ages of abilities. From a size 18 to a size 8, I’ve never felt judged, just supported in the process of getting stronger and healthier. That is super rare in a gym, especially when it comes from the top down.

Don’t be afraid to come in and try a class, ask questions, meet people, find out about PT programs, or just find out for yourself why this place has so many loyal clients. They are not about pushing you to look good for them. They are about helping you to push yourself to feel good for you.

Overall experience is satisfying but some dumbells are broken. The whole cardio section should be on the one floor and weight lifting section should be on the other floor but things are messed up there. Need to move 2-3 times ups and downs for weight lifting exercises.

Scammers - don't implement cancellation properly then set a debt collector on you when you cancel the direct debit. Scum of the earth

Energie 8 is the best quality-price gym in Dublin.
It stands out above all for the incredible staff it has, all the trainers are charming, very professional and care about the well-being and satisfaction of the clients.

After the request of several clients, they have increased the number of classes and now you have a very good and varied offer.

I am currently very happy and would recommend anyone in the area to join.

Energie fitness, I am glad I joined, the best place to be when it comes to body building or general fitness.

Under my plan I'm not eligible for any of the classes although when signing up as a member I was told there's only a few classes I can't attend

Nice gym with great staff.

A small city centre gym with great instructors in the classes. Small number of people in the classes so feels like you are getting a lot of direction.

The staff is really friendly and nice. First hour in the morning it is empty and easy to work out as the majority of the equipments are free. The location in Dublin 8 has also really easy access.
The reason I am giving only 3 starts is for the lack and quality of equipments, for example they have just one dumbbell rack for weights between 1kg to 10kg and in the afternoon we have to wait someone finish the workout to use the equipment.
Also the ladies changing room has always running water all over the place, and twice had no toilet paper at all in the bathrooms.
They have potential, just need more attention in some details which make a big difference.
