I’ve just recently joined Énergie to build up strength after an injury and all the staff in Énergie couldn’t be nicer. Everyone I’ve met so far is so lovely and kind. Thank you to all the staff in Énergie for your patience and kindness as I was very nervous going in for the first time.

Love the fact it's in the centre of the town, so no excuse not to excersise. Relaxed atmosphere, no pressure and all the staff are friendly and helpful.
Plenty of Sanitisation stations placed around all areas.

Gym's iron bars
Gym's iron bars vibrate and turn a lot. The lack of serration in the middle is a problem. Not suitable for squats and bench presses. Everything else is very good. Best regards...
