Staff can’t do enough to help you and are always available to answer questions in a friendly manner. Gym is clean although slightly on the cold side as air con blasting even in locker rooms/showers when it was -5 outside! Good range of classes however they have been cancelling them on the run up to Christmas which I don’t understand (as other énergie fitness gyms are still running their full class timetable) and bit upset about as they motivate me to get to the gym and I don’t go when they aren’t on

Gym space on 2 floors , I go at noon most days son not many people around , easy to get in machines which are all modern , its on a mini industrial estate with enough free parking for 2 hours

Friendly and helpful Made me welcome and comfortable. The whole place has a great atmosphere. So glad to have joined

Plenty of equipment, friendly staff, clean facilities only let down is the parking waited 20min for a space!

To be honest. I’ve been to every gym in Crawley and have found energy fitness to be the worst for customer service. They don’t care about their members, they just want your subscription every month. For instance, paid three months membership during lockdown whilst the gym was closed. I Was told that it would be reimbursed as the gym was closed and I was getting nothing from their membership. But no, they released an awful online workout routine, meaning they didn't have to. Also, left for uni and accidentally paid for an extra month, asked for the month back as I wasn’t using it. (Else where in the country) But no, received nothing. Unlike TheGym which offered reimbursement. Furthermore, the freeze is a scam. It locks you into a payment the following month. Also, you can only freeze for one month at a time, don’t know why. Stupid. But you can go in and talk to the wonderful employees to get it frozen for longer if you wish. Also, they’re still trying to get more money off me as I froze my membership, but didn’t know I was locked into a payment the following month. Sounds like a bit of a scam to me, as I thought I could cancel my membership during a freeze, even a month before the next payment was to be withdrawn. They also made my mate pay a fee when I came on his membership, even though his membership allows an extra person to come. They didn’t give him a warning, just straight up fined him. These people are money grabbers and don’t respect their customers. Karen and James was good, but since they left, there is no staff that give one. Overall, my experience at Energy Fitness has been very underwhelming and I would suggest another gym in Crawley, for example, Kings Gym. Definitely not Energy Fitness. The gym culture isn’t great either.

I’ve recently joined energy fitness after a Google search on evening cycle classes. This gym had the cycle classes daily and at the times I could make it to the gym. I’ve enjoyed the classes but would have been happier if the classes run for a little longer than 30mins. The cycles in the studio are ok, but the workout gadgets are not great and keep stopping in between sessions which makes it difficult to track your progress. Some use of dumbbells in the cycle classes would be nice to mix up the lessons a little. Also there’s no evening classes on a Friday evening so that’s a shame! Steam room and sauna facilities would have been nice too! Room for Work in progress.

Amazing people and brilliant equipment. Good selection of classes too. Expert advice from trainers always accessible too makes working out a pleasure.

It’s been a delightful experience joining the gym, interacting with an amazing team at Énergie Fitness. It’s the team that makes it work; not pushy but yet, wonderfully caring with an open door concept. Classes are good with a lot of variety to suit everyone. Very clean surroundings and well maintained facilities. I highly recommend this gym.

Convenient location, I was new to the gym, the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The gym is always spic & span with a vibrant amount of people & staff , as a gym it does from time to time get a little sweaty & would benefit with some plugin air fresheners!

Énergie fitness Crawley is the most comfortable and supportive gym I've ever been to. I've never felt so comfortable in a gym before and they actually want to help too. They are all wonderful people and I cannot recommend this gym enough. It is not intimidating or uncomfortable in the slightest. I've become quite the regular!

Great gym, full of space and materials. I like that is usually not too packed, that was the main reason that made me change there.
The areas seem clean, plenty of desinfectant and wipes available to clean material after use.
Only down point,to me personally, is that there aren't many classes during the day, is either morning or late afternoon. I wish there were more classes during the day so that people like me with weird schedules could profit more from it. Also realised sometimes classes are cancelled, maybe not enough staff to keep with the schedule I reckon? I wished they had more classes and more diverse times available.

This gym is a little hidden gem...got everything you need to workout, staff super friendly and prepared always willing to help
