The gym is spectacular but I don't like the position of the treadmills. I believe they should be in the opposite position. Sorry...my english is not good.

Had an induction today with Trainer Aíne.I couldn’t give a better review, she was bubbly, friendly and was so good at showing me the machines and how to use them. I felt really comfortable and confident in all the knowledge and advice she gave me. I am looking forward to going in and doing a workout after Aíne’s induction. Thanks again

The gym has everything that I needed.

Good equipment and very frendly staff

First time gym user here. I have to give a big shoutout to Aine for a great introductory session, calmed my nerves about using the equipment, and was super friendly and approachable. I took a few classes already, really enjoy yoga and again Aine's Legs, Bums and Tums class. It's a very inclusive gym, a lot of different clients so I don't feel out of space or too intimidated by the heavy weights and machines. Also another shoutout to Jordan who's always super professional with dealing with any issues arising.

Few things that I'd like to point out that have been mentioned in other reviews.
1. Would love to have a water dispenser. I always bring a water bottle but there's no place to refill it, the sinks are super shallow so I can't properly fill it there.
2. Toilets could do with some updating and upkeeping

Other than that, thank you for being so welcoming and friendly

The machines are placed too closely, there is no space jn the gym.there are changing rooms

I really like the gym but the there’s things such as no water fountain, poor ac and bathroom is generally in unusable condition

Small But Nice Gym. Staff are lovely in the Clarehall Gym. Helpful, Friendly with good knowledge around programs and machines. Clean gym, busy at peak evening time (4pm-7pm). Thankfully they open later so it's usually quite after 7pm. Good price in comparison to it's local competitors.

Staff were pleasant but being a first timer to the gym, staff left me to my own devices. Luckily I had a friend join who showed me how to use some of the equipment. I recognise EF is trying to increase their overall delivery of good customer service. I am thinking of going back but the one thing that truly irked me and I’ve read it here in the posts. Did you get a water fountain on-site yet? I think at this day and age, access to water especially in a gym should be paramount. A lot of the machinery seems to be cramped together. It’s the closest gym to me, proximity plays a huge part and also because of my work schedule. I am hoping changes have been made. It’s nice to see EF respond. Keep up the good work

It was quiet and I was able to use the machines without having to wait. It was a good session.
I go there about 3 times a week usually early in the day when it is quiet. I find sometimes people sit on machines checking out social media...which is a bit annoying as you have to wait for them to move. This was not the case today.

Good gym, never too busy. Has everything you would need for a solid workout. Staff are nice.

Changing rooms not great so if you live close by shower at home.
