Ok I start back last year and at first I was work hard I also pain the extra for personal trainer. I had the trainer every so often but mainly I was working on my own. Then all of a sudden we had email telling me that the place is shutting down. Why I saw every time I was in there the where a lot of people coming and training. Then I’ve been told that the management was not paying the landlord what was going on was myself and other taking for fools. I have now cancel my membership I am totally shocked I was also going there too to help with my anxiety because I found it helped not happy one bit

Great gym, friendly helpful staff. Clean and with a great selection of equipment to use and classes to join.

Good amount of equipment open 24 hours.

Great price but facilities are really lacking.

Men's toilets are always filthy.
The "security" door is broken.
Lockers are taken leaving nowhere to put your gear even when the gym is empty.

Staff are always helpful, extremely good equipment and bathrooms are always clean 😊

so i first joined i asked for a pay as you go yet they put a direct debit so when i went into my bank one month there wasn’t even enough for my food shop as they charge u extra for being late on a direct debit *That i never asked forrrr* and now there trying to charge me another £20 for being late on a payment absolutely ridiculous don’t recommend

My first ever gym I've been too, and I love it, the staff are great and very helpful and it's a very friendly environment. The equipment is good for beginners to body builders.

The staff are friendly and always helpful. The pricing is transparent and competitive. The facilities are clean, beyond adequate and the equipment is always working. I can honestly say this is the best gym I’ve been to and I have been to many gyms in many different cities around the UK including some of the most expensive ones. Énergie Fitness Chelmsley Wood wins over all of them. I highly recommend this gym to anyone:

Good peaple and nice welcoming

Getting really fed up with having no lockers available when attending the gym. Have mentioned this to staff many times and nothing is done. Have also complained via email with no reply. Have been told by a male friend the mens changing room is the same. Think it's time to find a new gym.

A very good gym its got everything I need to do a full workout excellent staff it's clean and well kept and it's open 24/7 .. definitely give it 5 stars..

Excellent gym, but prices went up to provide 24hr service (that is not to everyone's needs). Showers have been either broken, closed or unusable for over 3 years. Screen doors leak, no shower heads, shower trays in disgusting state and often cold.

Since I wrote my first review back in Feb 2020 and energie have just replied to my review I feel it important to highlight issues that stopped all 5 members of the family going to this gym. The gym was always a mess with weights everywhere. Never see the manager, they never respond in a timely manner to messages of emails. They recently went 24hr access but the shopping centre stopped it and they upped the price because of the 24hr access.
The staff consists of a cleaner come staff member who is absolutely brilliant but runs around like a mad woman because of the lack of staff.
We as a family loved this gym and the atmosphere , not now we moved to the gym group its cleaner well staffed loads of equipment and 24hr access for less than I payed at energie...

Decent gym, staff are friendly, more easy access with the 24/7 hours now. My only negative is there are hardly any working lockers in the female changing rooms, there are a decent amount of lockers but only about 5 or 6 are working/available and as I go from work I carry a rather large bag which I couldn't leave by the machines on the gym floor if there are none available when I visit

Lots has changed since i joined in 2019. Staff hardly there since moving to 24 hour opening. No lockers available in ladies changing room.

Decent gym showers could do with an upgrade
