Best Gym in Carlow
Best Gym in Carlow, great atmosphere, helpful & friendly staff & great clasess. Been only there a month , but loving every minute of it, feeling a lot fitter & healther. Would reccomend it to anyone.

I joined this gym to achieve my weight…
I joined this gym to achieve my weight loss and fitness level .
I was given a plan structured to my needs and each day a staff member goes through this daily plan so I’m not overwhelmed at once .
I have joined other local gyms but this is by far the most structured and attentive to individual needed not just getting you in !
I am very happy with my experience overall and the staff are present at all times to help .
Cleanliness is excellent with paper towels and antibacterial spray at each station .
I am 100% happy with my decision to join .

Am glad to voice out my opinon,i am happy and comfortable with Energie fitness.
So far ,i have been enjoying my exercise and am seeing positive impact in me.
However i want them to look into the music been played during the exercise,i suggest it should be a mix of both africa Nigeria hiphop and the rest of the world.I suggest this because many African Nigerians are registered with Energie fitness,this will help them have more fun during exercise
