Very good gym the staff are also kind and helpful but it can be quite busy at most times but all the people are nice to you so its a very good place with lots of machines and space to workout

I recently joined Bognor club
I recently joined Bognor club. The team are friendly, polite and informative. I have completed two HIIT classes, (one this morning) which were as described. The App is easy to access and book onto classes.
So far, so good.

An excellent local gym with great…
An excellent local gym with great facilities and very welcoming environment. I had gym membership nearby until 2020 and got stuck in the habit of just exercising with limited equipment in my garage ever since, until a couple of months ago when I joined Energie Fitness and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I have a renewed motivation and structure back into my workout routine and the fact the gym is open 24/7 is massively appealing when juggling work and family life. I've had no issues since joining and very much look forward to every visit.

A high standard of maintenance. Exceptionally clean, friendly pt instructors always there to help, a great mix of members of all ages,

Really welcoming
I haven't been to a gym for many many years so was very nervous and self conscious , however right from the first time I walked through the door I was made to feel welcome.
The gym has excellent facilities and is always clean, and the atmosphere inside is great.
I'm looking forward to taking part in the classes and making new friends
