Really nice gym
Really nice gym, with excellent staff. Instructors and management are all very approachable and happy to help. Gyms send my anxiety through the roof but this gym has a really nice atmosphere and accepting to people of all shapes and sizes! Highly recommend

There are very few staff around to welcome you, would have liked this at the start for opening. The air conditioning could be a little lower as it’s very hot inside, and sanitising spray is not readily available. Concerned for how clean the equipment it. Nice clean gym and not too busy when I…
Nice clean gym and not too busy when I go after work during the week. The only reason I have given it 4 is because when I have gone in the last few times I feel the airflow / aircon needs to be a bit stronger as it has been very stuffy in there, but this shouldn’t be a problem once the temperature starts to drop. Nice staff and great little gym!

New tricks for this old(er) person
Having not been inside a gym in 20 years i was undoubtedly nervous about joining. However the team are friendly, reassuring and ive just completed my first PT session. The gym is clean, everything was explained to me and although my body is aching i know i can continue with the teams support
