Never use them again!!!
I had this company renew the structure of our conservatory over a year ago and we are still have problems with it. In addition to this I was promised by Gordon Steele after prompt payment was made to them on supposed completion that I would receive the 10 yr guarantee by email.
Soon after the completion, we found the door was sticking substantially and a leak was coming in from the seal at the top of the door. It took a while for them to come back and "fix it"....in fact, it took a while for them to fix anything! Nothing was fixed!! And to this day the door still sticks and we have a leak coming in from the window.
The after sales with this company was well below satisfactory..numerous phone calls were made by us asking for the guarantee and for things to be fixed....it took a year to receive our guarantee which was promised 12 mths earlier...this seemed to miraculously appear only after I wrote a poor review on his website!! He arranged another double glazing company to come out to fix the errors made by Enercare!!
This should tell you alot when they send a different company out to correct the errors they are obviously inexperienced enough to fix themselves!!
Extremely annoyed and disappointed by this company!! Would never use them again...
