Awful. In so many ways. Their Dazzle software that used to work has so many bugs and they're super slow to fix them if at all. One example: it showed me as having obtained $100 USPS insurance on a shi... See more

The "New" system is difficult to use…

The "New" system is difficult to use and inconvenient. I know why they did it - to control label usage and prevent people from buying generic stamp labels off EBAY or Amazon. Now you have to buy the stamp labels from them at highly inflated prices. What used to take 15 seconds to print a stamp now requires a log-in, input of a stamp serial number, and the Dymo interactive scale no longer works. While I love being able to print postage off my Dymo 450 Twin Turbo, Endicia has made the process cumbersome and inefficient in the name of grabbing more profits. I will look at replacing with something else soom.

They are dishonorable.

I closed my account which had nearly a $200 credit balance and they have promised a refund but have not honored it. They told me within 6 weeks I would receive it, I waited 8 weeks, then contacted them again. They gave me the run around so I submitted a complaint on BBB, I was promised that they sent a check and now over a week later, there is still no reimbursement.

Getting worse by the day

Getting worse by the day. They gutted the web interface and the Dazzle software when stamps.com took over. Their help pages are missing, their customer support takes (literally) hours sometimes to pick up. Now, SCAN forms are missing packages. I honestly don't know what is going on over there. It's a full on disaster right now.

Crooked trial policy

This 4 week trial and then we’ll charge you $17.99 a month is some tricky stuff. I literally never shipped a single package or used this trial and haven’t gotten a single email since May 2019 but the company was completely against providing a refund in any part. Crooked business setup indicates a crooked business.

I had a printer error printing postage and they ripped me off!

I had a printer error printing postage. Called the company and was told to file paper work for refund. Almost 1 year later, never received the $70 refund, no way to track it and the company says nothing is in their system in spite of the fact I have their paper work from my refund claim in my hand. My advise stay away form these people they are crooks and have absolutely the worst customer service I have ever, EVER, felt with.

They took 3 days to contact me

They took 3 days to contact me. I had shipments to go out and they simply did not care. Their reply (3 days later) told me to call a toll free number with area code 650, which is NOT toll free. My problem, I was stuck in a software update loop. Every time I would open it would ask me to update, I would, and then again it would ask to update. This program when it works is very handy, but updates are required at least 1 to 3 times per year. These usually fail and you have to get in contact with them. Make some coffee and sit back and wait, because they do not care.

Sucks!!!

Sucks!!!! Why did they have to ruin a good thing? Since the upgrade 2 months ago, it's been nothing but troubles! Why did the techs change a good working system, so easy to use. I'm trying to figure out who to switch to, to get away from this useful piece of S**t system.
I've used Dymo for 9 years, with no problems, ever.

I started with Endicia in 2004 and have since printed $184,376.53 worth of postage. Since stamps.com bought them in 2015 it has been downhill ever since. NOTHING can describe their poor tech support and software now that stamps took over. Funny enough, I left Stamps.com in 2004 exactly because of those same issues. I cannot state it strongly enough STAY AWAY, and if you're with them now you will be finding something else soon.

LONG TIME Endicia customer until December

We also were an Endicia customer for almost eight years. We are not in the postage printing business. We are in a business who has a need to mail things. Endicia left us in lurch with a junk application that they cannot support and required that we throw away the postage scales we purchased. Just contributing to the e-waste problem in this country. I believe that Stamps.com purchased or has in some other way become involved with Endicia with the idea of putting them out of business. They're on their way. Ultimately, we switched to Pitney Bowes Sendpro Online. It's a little less expensive that Endicia was but they seem to have their act together.

Ruined a good thing!

I agree with some of the reviewers below. They totally messed up such a good thing. It was sooo EZ to print postage from the Dymo label writer 450 until they merged with this new company. Spent 3 hours on the phone this morning with support and things are still not fixed. I've just got to find another alternative. If not, I WILL go back to driving to post office and standing in line. At least I can relax while standing in line. Tried to cancel an order an hour after it was placed. Jeese, it took them 45 minutes to find it. Can't cancel online, must call and sit on hold.

Been a customer with Dymo stamps since…

Been a customer with Dymo stamps since 2007. The new system is a joke. Many times the program won't keep the stamp roll code. It's horrible to get the app and the internet page to link. Fighting it this AM. Wondered if I was the only one and I guess not. They screwed up a good thing. I called to vent my frustration when I had an issue and they don't care. Sadly I am looking for alternatives and haven't seen much. Wish they would have kept the desktop program like before. Much more simple.

Can't Print Stamps - No Customer Support - No Refunds

Avoid this group if you are a small business that needs a reliable way to print postage stamps. After they changed their s/w and stamp supplier, my system stopped working and their custom service was non-responsive. They kept the postage money in my account and I lost the money I spent for stamps. My request for refunds have been ignored.
My loses, in money, are not significant. Never-the-less, I will file a complaint with California's Attorney General, in an effort to prevent other businesses from becoming victims.

Just canceled my account

Just canceled my account. Took months of trying to transition from Dymo. Had to go back to licking & sticking regular stamps for a while. Finally got the account set up and tried to buy a roll of stamp stock. The software wouldn't even allow me to add the product to the cart !!! Tech support guy blamed it on my anti-virus. Since my anti-virus is used by hundreds of thousands of people, I don't think it is the anti-virus!

Find another provider if you can.

Any payment method issues and they will shut your business down. We use a credit card rather than give them bank account access (they've been known to "accidently" double bill). If the card expires, they will shut your business access down entirely, requiring a phone call to reset, rather than simply allowing you to update your payment method. If your warehouse operations run past business hours....you're screwed.

Downhill After Stamps.com Acquired Them...

We were one of their first customers in SD and we have used them for so many years. They were acquired by stamps.com and they have ruined the company. They require you purchase your labels from them, after you buy the labels and pay for the postage, it is way too expensive to use anymore. They are also no longer convenient due to all the serial numbers required to print a stamp. We switched to Pitney Bowes. Hoping they go bankrupt or someone else comes in and steals their former customers.

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are the worst of the worst! I canceled their crappy service within a few days of signing up and they still charged me. They give you a bunch of crap runaround to not give you a refund. Their service is crappy and always giving me errors. I had to file a chargeback with my bank because when I called to talk to them, it was like talking to a mentally deficient moron. Useless service, worse company. Go elsewhere at all costs.

Now a very bad company

For a while I really liked this company. Then they would force updates on you that messed up your account and you had to wait DAYS to get help. They have no reps on the weekends so you can't print postage all weekend. Their last update messed up my entire account. I could not take it anymore and canceled the account after many years. THEY KEEP BILLING ME-even tho account has been closed for months. They never refunded the balance of postage I had remaining in account. Phone number on statements is not a valid number. This is a crooked company not acting in YOUR BEST INTEREST. Do not deal with this company. Life is too short for all these problems.
