I love everything arrived with…

I love everything arrived with excellent quality even with the shopping bag as if we had bought it in the store in person

But what I like the most is the customer service they always answered every question we had since my son and I had some doubts with the sizes and of course they helped us excellent service

Didn't ship in time

Didn't ship in time, i was speaking to someone for help and they were talking junk to him about me, responding to him but not me ( the customer ) about why my order hasn't been shipped or delivered.

They didn’t reply on questions we had…

They didn’t reply on questions we had until the shoes were delivered. We thought something was wrong due to long delivery time. But in the end we got everything!

i ordered a pair of black phantoms for…

i ordered a pair of black phantoms for 66 dollars with shipping and it didnt go thru (and i dont know why) and then my card got locked down and they took 7000k from my card so DONT!!! use them they are scammers
