Zero. It’s a con. My product broke the second I touched it. Literally broke when I went to hook it and the chain broke in two places. Also the product looked way cheaper than the photo. The prices are inconscionable for how shockingly cheaply made it is. It’s more cheaply made than a beaded bracelet made in a fifth grade summer camp craft hour. They offer no refunds (even if it breaks), they have a phone number but no one answers. Shameful. Scummy. Scammy.

I placed three orders with the company
I placed three orders with the company. The first order was fine. The second order was poor quality. The third order was never received. I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge for the order that was not received and Emprada provided my credit card company a previous order shipping tracking number and stated that the order was received, and my money was never refunded despite not receiving my items Do not place an order with this company when I reached out to try to resolve the issue stating that I did not receive the order the customer service response was rude and dishonest.

Horrible Fit
I have an athletic body type, all items I purchased were way too small. I typically wear a medium from every other store but will need to return items, for a store credit, to get an XL.

I don't normally write reviews but this is the worst online purchase I've ever made and I'm so disappointed by the experience I'm almost at a loss for words. I made the mistake of not reading the return policy well and I really paid for it literally. The dresses I ordered were not the color that was advertised on the website...not even close and the quality of the material is very poor. And having to pay an additional $9.99 to return the items just for a store credit is a total ripoff. I believe this company knows that their products are not worth the prices they sell them for and they expect a lot of returns, so they only give a store credit and not an actual refund if a customer is dissatisfied. It's practically a scam to make easy money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I will not order from this store! The quality is bad for the price you pay. They do not refund back to your credit card, only give you a store credit. Also, you have to pay a shipping fee to get the purchased item, and you will pay for shipping if you decide to send the item back. I received my purchase in almost a month.

I wish I could give this company a negative star rating for the awful experience I’ve had with them. I ordered 3 dresses and wanted to return 2 of them because they didn’t fit my body well. First I had to do a google search to even find out how to make Emprada returns because the company doesn’t make it easy for you to find on their website. Then when I finally got someone from customer service to respond, I was told the items I wanted to return were final sale. The words final sale aren’t anywhere on the pages of the items I bought. They refused to accept the return and credit my payment method. Now I’m stuck with these dresses that I can never wear.
I order from online retail sites all the time and never had an experience like this. Stay away from this site unless you plan on keeping all your items regardless if they fit or not or if you like it or not.

This store is a total scam, I placed an order almost a month ago, and it never arrived, supposedly FedEx tried to deliver the package to my address and never received a response, since FedEx reported that the package was returned to the store 12 days ago and I still don't get a response.

Poor return policy be aware. No matter what they always give store credit tickt still on and return within 30 days. Even items that are on sale for 200$ wouldn’t be returnable either. Just scam.

Their return policy is designed in such a way that there is no return policy. In rare instances you might get a store credit. If you think you can easily exchange something for a different size, be warned: you have to pay your own shipping, and you might get credited. If it’s a sale item, forget about it. And everything is “on sale” by design. I purchased a pair of shorts and a zippered hoodie (as a casual track suit) in my normal size and my measurements matched their size guide. When I received the shorts, they were as snug as spandex shorts and were not a relaxed fit as one would expect in a casual lounging track suit. The hoodie had a bust seam that did not even remotely match where must just would appear. I knew that even if I sized up, the fit would not work. I thought I’d read the return/exchange policy very carefully, but not carefully enough.
They say it’s an LA based company, but I think it’s really a China based company for a couple reasons. 1. Prices are cheap (despite the high cost, everything is on sale and then it’s like a ridiculously different amount from the “full” price. American companies don’t do this. 2. Shipping takes a couple weeks. As if it’s coming off a container ship and not out of an American warehouse. 3. Customer service responds quickly but mainly during hours one would not expect and Vice versa. I would get my responses beginning later in the day and into the night. But not in the mornings.
I could be off, but these are my observations. I don’t appreciate a company that uses deceptive practices and writes policies that guarantees it will never have to refund an item that doesn’t meet expectations. It’s not the American way.

Bought a 500 dollar dress for a formal event and decided to look at the return policy about an hour after I purchased it. Realized that it would be only store credit and tried to get in touch with them immediately to cancel the order. It was impossible to get in contact with them. Left several messages with no reply. The dress came, and it was way too small so I tried to exchange for another size. A size up was no longer available. Despite the significant circumstances, they still wouldn’t issue a refund. This company has, by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Two years later and it still bothers me. Never used the credit because their clothes aren’t my style.
