The website is very user friendly

The website is very user friendly, easy to learn and navigate. I like that it tells you what the next next lesson is and when you've finished a chapter It's easy to rewatch videos and go back to review content!

Helps me to understand myself

I love the way it structured, and that lessons are quite short but very informative and I don’t get overwhelmed while still getting all the info I need. Amazing work thank you!

Best purchase

In true ADHD style, I purchased on a whim. My child had been referred for and ADHD assessment and I saw so much of myself in him and knew I needed help if I was going to cope with the challenges ahead with also having a child with ADHD. I’m only half way through chapter 2 but I’m really enjoying the course. I’m becoming calmer, accepting my ADHD and I feel so SEEN for the first time in my life. Thank you Geraldine

More than I could have asked for :)

I am currently going through the course and I am amazed of all the various tips and tricks it teaches me! Whether we are talking about bed-time routines or how to be knowledgeable about your rights at your workplace, this truly covers all of the struggles an ADHDer faces. I'm so happy to have found this resource 🧡
(Oh, and another thing - as a late diagnosed ADHDer, I'm still finding out what the exact symptoms are. Going through the course I have found many traits to be symptoms rather than my own faulty personality or lack of willpower. It truly is empowering to know that it's not my fault and there are many other adults who are going through the same things. Such an eye-opener!🫶🏻) Recommend to everyone!

Definitely worth it

Watching Cherry's videos and relating to her experiences really helped me realise I had ADHD. So when she released course it was perfect timing for me to seek a greater understanding and support in trying to learn better ways of dealing with my struggles. Cherry is very supportive and knowledgable and this course reflects all of the work that has gone into curating a course that is ADHD friendly as well as being informative and actionable.

Nice, Relatable course for every ADHDer

I'm just starting the course so can't give a complete feedback yet, but I really like Cherry's way of communicating her ADHD experience and advices, simple and relatable. I can really see myself in many of the things she talks about and I consider she does a good job making you feel seen, understood, and also hopeful that almost every issue you may be facing can be worked. Give it a try!
Thanks Cherry for the work you put in this course, and the genuine way you express yourself.

Suh an engaging and interesting course!

Suh an engaging and interesting course!
This is the first course that has worked for me, Cheryl's course parts are short and fun to watch and I've found myself clicking "continue" lots! You can stop watching at any point and easily continue and jump back in at another time. Ypu do have to put some work into it to make it work, but so far it's been easy and exciting for me. Well done Cheryl for creating such a great course for us ADHDers

Incredible Resource for ADHDers - A Must!

I absolutely love this course!! I have been increasingly struggling with ADHD in all aspects of my life and find that while I am really fortunate to have obtained a diagnosis and be on stimulant medication, I am still struggling with many aspects of ADHD (dysregulation, prioritisation, self-compassion, the list goes on...). I have previously not been able to find help for adults that I can actually afford - then I came across this self-guided coaching course!

Geraldine does a better job at explaining relevant topics than many articles I have read as they tend to be impersonal and I often forget what I read, and then ask myself why am I like this haha! And now it is so easy to go back to excerpts I've previously watched to remind myself that I am only a human with ADHD, that I am not flawed, and that there are strategies that actually work.

The course is nicely divided into sections with subsections, and the videos are kept short for our benefit. Despite the concise nature of the videos, information is not lost or kept out due to the way in which the programme is structured.

I cannot recommend this course enough - it has been a game changer. Of course we still actually have to put in the work, but it is so so so much easier with the support, guidance and clarification provided by this programme.

Fantastic Program

Lessons are nicely organized into small bits, which makes it not overwhelming. The strategies and tips are beneficial if you’re willing to put in the work. It’s pretty easy to follow along in the videos since Cherry is a very animated speaker. 10/10 highly recommend :)
