From the initial checkout on the website to tracking the delivery. Everything was seamless. The freight company called for delivery dates and times.
The pizza oven was delivered. It was easy to put together, and I want to give kudos for the construction of the oven. Very strong and sturdy!
We seasoned the oven a few times as the instructions recommended and were able to make our first pizzas the next day.
Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase and can't wait to have pizza parties at our home.

Great service
The range hood arrived quickly and was as described. We have not installed it yet but will in the next week. It has two fans and LED lights. It looks great and hoping it performs as well as it looks.

Good product, manual could be better
No problem with delivery; item was packed well. The manual leaves much to be desired in covering oven's use. The bake burner would not light due to igniter wire shorted against access hole to oven. The oven does have very good temperature control with its proportional-control thermostat. I could recommend this oven.

Appliances take a little getting used to...
I am just having my new 30 inch gas cooktop installed right now. i am very surprised how "tall" the burners are compared to my old cook top.
Also purchased the 36 inch range hood. I did not care for the bright white lights and we went to a big box store for some warm bulbs. FOR EVERYONE READING THIS: the rings around the bulbs HAVE to be removed or you will not be able to get the new bulbs in. The rings come in the "locked" position. So you have to turn them to unlock and then remove the rings to get the replacement bulbs to make a connection.
I wish Empava had more people to answer the phones. Every time I have called during business hours, it immediately goes to voice mail.

Well, I originally ordered an electric oven. I did not realize you needed 220 for the oven so I was not sure what to do. I called Electrician. It was going to charge me tons of money to install a line I contacted, empava and they agreed to take the electric oven back and replace with a gas oven for a little extra which I understood because gas ovens cost more. It was totally my fault for ordering an electric oven. Their customer service was great. I appreciate that. Thank you.

As a Woodfired Bread Baker told me, make sure you sit in front of your fire and watch it at first, preferably with a glass of wine, to learn about its quirks before you put any food in it

Bought an Empava 30" gas range from…
Bought an Empava 30" gas range from Lowes in December 2022. It was delivered January 23, started having problems with the oven in February. After many calls to Empava an had a discussion about the problems they said they new what the problem was an would seed the parts to repair it an also send a technician to do the work. We'll, no parts was sent and no technician to evaluate the problem. After many calls again, they said they would send parts and a technician. Well again, parts were sent. I received a pool pump to fix the stove. Go figure. After many more calls and emails to Empava I received another box with right and wrong parts. Boiling at this point. Called emails, begging for a repair on the stove, I received one more box and technician I had to pay for, finally I thought that the stove would be repaired. Technician put in all the parts and got to the part on the stove burner controls and again!!! The wrong parts. Guess what. The oven, broiler, and convection fan does not work. Defective stove readers. This is what happened over a course of 4 months. R.Barton

I installed this in a Motor Home in place of a 2 burner induction unit. The variation of the temperature per burner is great for cooking different foods. I liked the Glass Top unit, but the burners were not hot enough for me. The placement of the burners also accommodate different size pots with room to spare. It came with a gas regulator but it is not necessary if you are set up with Propane, LP gas, already. The flames are a bit week if you use the gas regulator converted for propane. I recommend you buy yourself a proper brass fitting. I found that I could not get a leak free connection at the stoves manifold with the included adapters. I used a brass 1/2’fe X 3/8” flare adapter 90 which ended my only problem. That’s a 1/2fe” X 1/2” flare adapter 90 if using Natural Gas. (retired P & H Tech). GREAT STOVE.

We have a Empava wall oven
We have a Empava wall oven. Tonight as I was baking cupcakes, we heard a loud boom. The glass inside the oven had shattered. This oven has always been good so really shocked this happened as we have had it less than 2 years. We are now trying to figure out if we should try to replace the glass or have to get a new oven… really disappointed and glad no one was standing near it. Was trying to bake for the daughter’s graduation party.
