The team at Emma Live go above and beyond to support our fundraising events - always so quick to respond and always able to assist. Pre-event and on the day, we couldn't do what we do without the Emma Live team!

EMMALive provide outstanding support to ensure a successful fundraising event from start to finish. Our account lead, Eliza, consistently goes above and beyond both before and after the event to help us get the very best out of the platform. On the night itself, the tech manager, Jaggy, was fantastic and played a key role in helping us maximise the funds raised for our charity.

Emma Live is the only silent auction platform I would recommend!

EMMA is a great platform for fundraising. It's easy to learn and the team is very responsive. We enjoyed working with EMMA this year and we're looking forward to seeing what is new when we use them again next year.

The EMMA Live team are simply outstanding! The microsite is easy to use and the auction feature is by far and away the best in the business.
The EMMA team were a delight to work with - so quick to respond and always incredibly helpful in explaining how the back end works and helping to come up with solutions to make the most out of our fundraiser. They also designed and brought to life a bespoke leaderboard for our event's pledge moment - this drove a record-breaking number of pledges on the night! The team stayed so calm as we processed an unprecedented number of pledge cards and are already helping us to think of how to make this even slicker for the next one!
Working with EMMA is like having an extra member in the team and we can't imagine partnering with anyone else. Thank you SO much EMMA!

This was the easiest auction site to use and the customer support is just outstanding. They were always there to answer even the most trivial of questions.
The actual platform for our auction posts was also clear cut and impressive, making it easy for people to bid and donate.
The back end for us was also well thought through, so that information was easy to extract and use.

We worked with the EMMA Live Team on our flagship annual event - the AFK charity beach volleyball championships, a month long outdoor fundraising event. In previous years we had used separate platforms for court bookings, free tasters, school sessions, tournament team entries, fundraising, donations and the raffle. Anu, JD and the team all supported us to get everything set up well and on one easy to use site. The customer service was faultless - nothing was too much trouble, no matter what time of the day and someone was always available outside of office hours. Thank you EMMA Live for all the incredible support. It was like having an additional member of the AFK team.

I could not fault the EMMA Live experience. EMMA is an amazing platform and its capabilities are endless! In future, I would use more of the features. The team are so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the success of our event. A special thank you to Anu who was wonderful on the evening.

We work with EMMA on our biennial fundraising gala so this was the second time that we have worked with them. If us going back a second time isn't enough to evidence their brilliance, hopefully this review is!

From start to finish the EMMA team are there to answer any question you have. For this gala our Event Manager was Anu and no ask was ever too much. On the lead up to the event she would make the time to answer questions, or hop on a call if needed and would also advise us on additional things we could do to maximise fundraising/ make the guest experience as good as it could be.

On the night itself the full team (JD, Anu, Lorna and Caroline) were brilliant. There is no doubt that events like this can be a stressful night for a fundraising team. To have the support of four calm, reliable and expert people on hand for any auction platform/ finance questions is invaluable. If there were ever any challenges using the system (which was rare) the EMMA team were immediately there to solve it. The fact is, they seamlessly integrate into the night and work as part of our team and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

The people, the platform the whole experience is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

Staff at Emma Live are beyond helpful and accommodating to all needs. They are all so lovely and kind and they have been a pleasure to work with - worked with them on multiple events and will be working with them on more!

Great experience working with Anu at one of our London fundraising events. She was a great support on the evening, nothing was too much trouble. The aftercare process all ran smoothly. Overall, very happy with the service provided.

My only regret about working with Emma was that we didn't do so earlier! I worked with three different members of the team in the run up and following our big fundraising gala and they were not only incredibly helpful about the system itself but also on hand to provide reassurance and answers to our many questions. I would definitely recommend Emma for any future events.

Their service is second to none - from onboarding, to event details, to on the night support, all the way through to event follow up. They are ready and so helpful whenever you need support and no ask seemed to big or too small.
It has been great to see their service go from strength to strength and their customer service stay just as good, if not better than when they were just starting out.
A no brainer to use EMMA for your events

The Team at EMMA-Live were fantastic in quickly setting up a microsite for a charity supporter arranging a Prize Draw fundraising event in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Once the event was launched, the team were very responsive throughout. Rapidly replying to emails and phone calls from the charity, as well as the supporter. They definitely ensured it was a success. Thank you.

As a company, it feels like they really put charities at the heart of what they do, working with understanding.
Payments come directly through to us through Stripe on a daily basis, and we had immediate access to the donor information we needed to create a smooth supporter journey.
