Disgusting company and fraudulent

Horrible company. Do not do business with them. They will not honor their own return policy, under any circumstances. They refuse to comply with their own return policy, and will not allow for a return or refund in any way. Buyer beware. If you purchase, just know you will be stuck with the item no matter what.

do not do business with this company. I purchased jacket and did not like it. Per their return policy, I should be able to return it within 1 week however I must email them and wait for them to send return label. I have tried multiple times via email and phone call (always busy) requesting return label so I can return within one week. Their response first was to take a picture of yourself in it and send it to us - I told them it was a gift and it is packed up ready to go please send label. Nothing. Then I emailed again requesting return label, they responded that it's not worth the cost to me to return it and suggested I give to someone else as a gift!!!!??? I said no thank you please send return label. Then they responded that it is not worth cost for me to return it but for me to leave them a good review on Facebook!!??? They did not say what they would do for me if I gave a good review which I obviously would not be doing. I am still waiting for return label!!!!!!!

Ordered a coat and would like to return it. The email address given at the Emily Viva website for returns does not work. No other way to contact them.

The items are entirely different from the advertisements. The coat I ordered came in a small, dirty package, which wrinkled the coat. The quality of the coat looks plastic. As stated on their website, I contacted the company for the return authorization. They responded by asking me for the order number and a photo of the coat. I send them both. They then answered that I should keep the coat and it's not worth returning, and they would give me a 20% discount. I disagreed. Then they told me to give it to a friend and get 30% off. This went through 60% off, but write a good review on Facebook. I never got the return authorization, but I believe a bot is responding. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. Also, the ratings on their website are a complete fraud. Check Facebook for the actual ratings and all the bad reviews. The coats appear to be plastic raincoats.
