Worst payments company I’ve worked with. Don’t respond. Don't pay timely. Don’t fix issues promptly. If you’re a travel business consider taking your payments requirements elsewhere. Shocking customer support and experience.

I had a problem with our bank and some payments were bounced. The Team found the ones that had not been paid and paid them in good time.

Agents have to provide detailed answer when handling our queries to avoid forth and back. They need gether all relevant information from the relevant department before they answer some of our queries.

I was a client of that company and they…
I was a client of that company and they were supposed to process payments for me. Success rate of the payment system was bad - like 50% of customer attempts to pay via card through their system failed. After numerous calls and emails going back and forth, I decided to leave them and close my account. When I informed them for my decision and asked them to wire me the amount from processed transactions, there was no response. The amount wasn’t significant, so I just decided not to bother with them. After more than an year I received an email informing me that my account will be closed, because there are no funds left on my account to cover the monthly fees :D These guys are a total joke.
