Abusive sales team

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know what to expect.
I contacted this company simply to request some information. I hadn't placed an order, I hadn't made a purchase, and I wasn't making a complaint. Instead of a professional response, I received repeated WhatsApp messages during the early hours of the morning UK time.
When I politely pointed out that constantly messaging someone at that time was inappropriate and asked for a little respect regarding when I was being contacted, the response from the salesperson was to swear at me.
It takes a certain level of confidence in your customer service to think that using profanity towards a potential customer is an acceptable way to conduct business. It's certainly a memorable sales technique, although perhaps not for the reasons the company would hope.
If this is how prospective customers are treated simply for asking a reasonable question and requesting communication at sensible hours, I can only imagine how genuine complaints are handled.
Professionalism, courtesy and basic respect cost nothing. Unfortunately, they appeared to be in very short supply here.
I cannot recommend a company that considers this an acceptable standard of customer service.
