In response to your response to my review below, we did not arrange collection with any forwarder. and you have no physical proof of collection. transfer of ownership and responsibility is a proof of collection document which if you imbeciles would have got, you and us would be able to investigate who did arrange collection or take the goods. Perhaps one of your employees is defrauding your own company, or perhaps you are a bunch of lying fools, after all your reviews are not glowing. my review was truthful, stated facts, yours was utter rubbish, making claims based on your guesses. I hope your company goes bust as you do not deserve to be in business. It may be my second review about the same order but if I have not received the goods then the order is still open and as I see it my colleagues and I are free to continue reviewing our experience until the order is complete. I also note you didn't reply to my first review, which leads me to believe you felt there was some truth in it and you let it pass with the gain of funds, but 2nd time around you wanted to abuse my review with lies.

I had the most absurd service. The chat feature works nice but gives absolutely incorrect information on delivery times. After two weeks of not receiving my order that was supposed to be 4 days according to the person I spoke to before the order, I was directed to submit my question via email. Then I call after more than 1 week of no answer. No one is willing to give an update on the phone. They send me an email that my expected delivery date is in 2021, six months waiting time!!! Is that acceptable? No I am not waiting 6 months for a faucet that I thought was taking 1 week! Horrible service.. and no, I do not want to keep logging in to follow up on why you had not answered my earlier request...

I'm mostly satizfied your services and spare parts.
But i'm not satizfied Nordtronics quality.
Lamps are expensive so they should works long time without troubles.
I have 4 Nordtronics simple lamps two broken within two years third stopped work within 4 years.

We paid 32,200 DKK upfront, and after 12 weeks we still have no goods, no refund and Netsalg EL VVS still refuse to supply the goods or refund. They apparently released our order from our warehouse to a man that turned up asking for a pallet to England. No proof of collection, no goods, no refund. Completely unreasonable in every single way, avoid at all any cost! FRAUDULENT SUPPLIER

Vi betalte 32.200 DKK på forhånd, og efter 12 uger har vi stadig ingen varer, ingen refusion og Netsalg EL VVS nægter stadig at levere varerne eller tilbagebetale. De frigav tilsyneladende vores ordre fra vores lager til en mand, der dukkede op for at bede om en palle til England. Intet bevis for indsamling, ingen varer, ingen refusion. Helt urimelig på hver enkelt måde, undgå for enhver pris! FRAUDULENT LEVERANDØR
