Once I have wrote my dissatisfaction, they sent me an email saying I can be exchanged but I have to pay post charges $.27 US and I informed that I would like to do if I get exact dress according to display and what I got was completely different from the display. Up to now no answer and now they have blocked my emails and thoroughly disgraceful.

I have dealt with this provider several times and the service is exceptional. Kept up to date with the tracking of the parcel and refunds provided promptly if required. Clothes are great and I am a size 10 to 12 AUS and found that the small size was a perfect fit for me. Very happy with the service and highly recommend.

The photos can be deceiving
The photos can be deceiving. A more detailed description of the outfit would have been helpful.
I am still in the process of returning an item. There is no return information enclosed in the pkg and the online response takes too many days for a reply. ( I’m still waiting for a reply..this is day 3)
The items are well made so the quality is good however the online pictures have been enhanced to make the outfit look “detailed” ie: the trim is “sewn” on not “printed “ disappointing but then the price of the items are reasonable.
