It just keeps getting worse

It just keeps getting worse. This is my second issue with Eloquii. The first time the two day shipping took much longer and came after the event I needed it for. They wouldn’t even cancel the order when it was still in the distribution center.

This time they sent the wrong size skirt and were going to force me to return it in order to be refunded $30.

In what world is $30 worth risking bad reviews everywhere and losing a customer that spends hundreds if not thousands a year?

Give people an option for store credit or just refund it for something that small. Then you earn a customer for life and potentially even a second when the wrong size skirt makes it to someone else it does fit.

FIX YOUR SHIPPING

Whatever system they are using for shipping and returns is abysmal. Saying the standard shipping is 20 days when this is all within the United States of America is insane. Not to mention, I returned some items and they are now LOST. Change your shipment system; it is a complete disaster. I have been a customer for years, and I'm about to pack it in. Every single change that they have made in the past few years has lowered the quality of the brand. You're cutting corners, and IT IS noticed.

Unauthorized holds placed

The clothing is good quality but when you choose PayPal pay in 4 option they say 1/4 the amount is due but charge you for the full amount immediately and hold the money for 5-7 business days.

If i could give it zero stars I would

If i could give it zero stars I would. Not only were the clothes SUPER thin and very cheapy made but they have had their return back now for over a month and I still do not have my refund nor can I get an answer from them after 4 attempts to contact them about the said refund. I was able to find a much better dress, cheaper and better quality by just going to my local Dillard's store.

Return policy is missleading

Their entire family of brands has a misleading return policy. It states free returns through happy returns but in reality it's free exchanges or store credit. If you want to just return the item you have to pay and exchanges or store credit take over a month to process and in some cases just get lost in the mix and you never get your store credit.

Eloquii is just not what it used to be

Eloquii is just not what it used to be.
I mean who is designing these clothes these days? Their not flattering for a plus size body most of the time and honestly their so ugly that I can't see these clothes being flattering period.
The clothes were beautiful in 2019 era.

My order (placed January 2nd

My order (placed January 2nd, 2025) has not been fulfilled, and the company's response has been unsatisfactory. Despite repeated requests, a valid tracking number was not provided, and my subsequent refund request on January 21st, 2025, was met with the demand that I return an item I never received. I strongly advise against using this company.

I ordered an item for $57

I ordered an item for $57. The dress was oversized and unflattering. I went to return it, and they deducted $20 in fees and processing.

I wouldn't recommend this company.

Poor quality

Poor quality. Do blind people make their clothes? Just purchased a dress, the sleeves are so narrow I can barely get my arms in. They have the nerve to charge a restocking fee for inferior products and poor craftsmanship. ELOQUI IS A HARD NO!

I ordered merchandise three times from this company I had no problem with the item being delivered the first two times the third time, the Item was shipped to a total different state and address that i haven't reside in almost 10 years. I ordered two weeks prior to the last time the merchandise was delivered it took awhile but it came. I contact the company several time stating the merchandise is shipped to the incorrect address they told me there isnt anything they can do I have to contact the post office which i did the post office stated they cant reroute i will have to contact the merchant I called and email this company at lease 10 time they stated they will not refund my money and i will have reorder the merchandise again. I will never order from this company again I contacted my bank to dispute this transaction why should i have to pay again for an error on their part help with this matter please

Payment not authorized

ELOQUII was my go to online store for afffodable and stylish clothes… now I can’t purchase from ELOQUII even if I use PayPal… I have an USA adrerss but live in Jamaica… I don’t want to use the international website… packages take too long and shipping is costing too much… please bring back the way we in Jamaica could shop with our third party adress I am do disappointed and besides myself losing such an opportunity to shop with you

Eloquii is reselling stuff, jacks up price 300%

Eloquii is reselling stuff from other third party vendors like EverPretty and jacking in the price over 300%. Same $40 on EverPretty website is $60 on Amazon and $139 on Eloquii. Then they can't even ship it properly. Once you order it, they seem to not be able to track it or contact the third party they are buying it from.

BAD! BAD! BAD!

Do not waste your valuable time and money. I have called 'customer service' twice to find out where my order is. International shipping is a nightmare. When the customer pays for shipping - there is no excuse for it to take this long. Tracking shows the package made it to Toronto ten days ago and then nothing. No movement. Their response? Call us back in a couple of days because it is still well within their delivery time frame. At this point, it is doubtful I'll get the package by Christmas, if at all.

Buyer beware AND always read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered two dresses from Eloquii

I ordered two dresses from Eloquii. When I received them both of them reeked of body odor and perfume. I am horribly disappointed. I intentionally paid for 2-3 day shipping and the return they offered. But did not want to ship new items out until they received the bad order. For the inconvenience free shipping! They have got to do better. I will not be placing another order with them.

Restocking, Processing, Postage deducted from Returns!

It's not so much the representative, they were following policy. The company takes no responsibility for poor quality when returned. The colors are off, size is off and when returned it is at the disadvantage of the customer. Will never shop with you again and tell all my friends. Was charged restocking, processing and paid postage for return. Nearly 40% reduction on the refund amount…,SHAMEFUL!
