I've spoken with more interested customer service personnel
I telephoned the company two times with regards to placing an order and tbh on both occasions I was met with a somewhat uninterested and rather couldn't care less attitude. On the third call I was dealt with by a comparibly helpful lady so hence the 2 not 1 star
