I ordered a T-shirt from them and it had ink stains all over it from the cheap dye they used for the silk screen process. I sent them pictures and they would only give me a $10 credit on their website. Since their quality is lacking, I didn’t want to waste more money with this company.

Absolutely poor quality. The items look much worse than in the pictures; very cheap. You can't trust the look of the photos shown. Will not order there again.

I am in SA but got a family member to order this item for me in the US as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. The item took a long time to arrive so hadn’t arrived before the family left the US for SA … oops no Christmas present for my daughter!
It had arrived by the time they got back but it was of extremely poor quality, thin, shiny polyester - more like a long sleeve sports type t-shirt than a sweatshirt. It was nothing like what it looked like in the pictures!
Same with the return - for a full refund it must be returned to China - at my cost. No partial refund was offered for keeping the item as the previous review was offered. I would give zero stars if there was an option for that.
Avoid this website all costs.

I ordered a sweatshirt and when I received it the fabric was poor quality and not at all what was shown in the photo on their website. When I asked for a refund, they suggested I keep the item and they refund $7 (about one fourth of what I paid for it). When I insisted they honor their own website's policy, they agreed to refund the full amount but then gave me a return address in China, to which the shipping fee I would have had to pay would have been several times what I paid for the sweatshirt. Since they don't pay for return shipping, I was obviously not going to do that, so I had to go with the $7 refund, which they did actually give me, so that was the reason I gave 1 star instead of zero stars. This site is not upfront about where they're based and about how prohibitive the high cost of returning something makes in terms of the possibility of getting an actual refund.
