Ordered my morning after pill on the…

Ordered my morning after pill on the Sunday, was expecting it by the Tuesday, unfortunately the courier used by yourselves didn’t deliver the pill in time leaving me now at risk of pregnancy, once I contacted yourselves Tuesday evening to explain my concern and ask for my refund I was told my refund was processed, it’s now Thursday and I’ve had to contact yourselves again to find out my refund was never processed and has only now being processed, now leaving me unable to afford another morning after pill. Appalling customer service and won’t be using your selves again and will be advising friends not to either.
