Ordered smooth liquid and rainbow liquid the rainbow liquid didn't arrive send a message but got no reply normally good with there ordering so hopefully they can get back to me

Have been ordering my eliquids of them for years now, unfortunately they are losing a regular customer. Last couple of orders arrived with expiry dates cut off and whoever was cutting the expiry dates off my last order has damaged the bottles so liquid even isn’t coming out because of the hole at the bottom.

Did not update me , just refunded my payment , no communication, put me in a situation that meant I had to buy else where , online they offer good prices but fail to deliver on actual purchases

They sent the wrong item and all lines of communication were dead.
Buyer beware!

Absolute scammer, order £57.89 worth of products. Never arrived.
They don't respond to emails. Horrible

Order some e-liquid only to have received an empty envelope. No e-liquid packaged. Upon sending clear images of the empty envelope not being tampered with, there is no sign of good customer service - I'm told they have cctv footage of them packaging the product which they fail to share. Scammers - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE

I’ve used this site for ages but the last order was a joke, they hide from any issues. I got an email confirmation of my order, I got an email despatch notice, and then I got an email saying they didn’t have the product I wanted in stock. I asked for a refund as opposed to an alternative and they’ve ghosted me, completely disappeared. They don’t reply to multiple emails and they certainly don’t return the money they’ve now effectively stolen from me.
